We received confirmation that our order was delivered, when order had not actually been delivered. I had to make multiple phone calls and order that was finally delivered, as the service was coming to an end, wasn't even remotely close to what was ordered or pictured. Regretted not spending a little more to use a local florist.
Only reason this isn't one star is that the company refunded our money, which I appreciate. But we can't ever go back and have flowers at the funeral.
We were a bit concerned about using your company, because this was our first time, but the bereaved family actually made a point of saying, how nice the flowers were and of course they were also delivered on time.

If the florist is told to delivery the arrangement a different day or time, that is what they do, otherwise, there is a chance that if they were to deliver the order when you requested it, it would not be received. We do this in an effort to create as much support as possible for families. People can share their condolences for free with the family via email or social media. Families can post full obituaries on our website for free or submit the full obituary to be shared by us and replace the pre-existing death notice. I ordered flowers through this company to send to a funeral home a month ago for the service of my best friend's grandfather and they never showed up. I spoke to multiple representatives, and they were acting helpful, however they told me they "couldn't give me info on the florist they used." They did give me a full refund, but I definitely will not be using them again.

Echovita is an obituary website who's flower orders are processed by Blooms Today. As per our policy, if any order is not delivered, delivered late, or the flower arrangement delivered is not satisfactory, the customer receives a refund, as you did. However, as per Blooms Today's policy, they do not give out the name and contact information of the local florist because it is a part of the agreement they have with local florists. Blooms Today handles the customer service. If you don't like that policy, that's up to you. Unfortunate circumstances can arise, which is why companies have policies in place. Customers don't get to overturn policies for their own liking and there are reasons why policies are put in place.

Very dissatisfied. The flowers that I ordered for my Aunt's funeral were not delivered. The only reason I was given was the local florist was not able to fill the order. I ordered the flowers 3 days before the funeral.
I Ordered and paid for flowers for a visitation service. We received an email that day a few hours before the service that the flowers couldn't be delivered! If you can't deliver on the day of the service you shouldn't be in business. At least we got our money refunded, but would have preferred the order was actually filled.

We completely understand your frustration. Please try and understand that Echovita is an obituary website, not a florist. Your complaint is more so directed at the local florist who was assigned your order. If the local florist wasn't able to fulfill the order, they should have notified you within 24 hours of placing the order, so that you had enough time to try and find another florist.
I never received confirmation that flowers were delivered to funeral home. I think this needs rectification.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
