I ordered flowers from Blooms Today for a funeral as soon as I knew the date(3 days prior). The memorial was on a Saturday and I got an email and phone call on Friday afternoon stating that they could not deliver the flowers on the weekend. That left me no time to order replacement flowers. Very disappointed.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to the funeral home but they were delivered to our residence. I sent a complaint in and the flowers were delivered to the residence of the daughter's deceased mother.
Unfortunately, there was some sort of mixup and my order was not filled for a funeral. Customer service could not have been kinder or more helpful, and they refunded my payment almost immediately. I think my experience of non-delivery was a one-off, a very unusual mistake, yet everyone I had contact with was professional and kind. Thank you.
I didn't recognize the arrangement when we were looking for it, there was only ONE red flower in the arrangement! And it was off to one side. And, I thought I paid for a candle which was $9.99 on my invoice but it was nowhere to be seen. I am not happy with this arrangement at all. What was delivered certainly was not pictured in your advertisement.

It was received by the funeral home staff and placed in their flower room, so either they misplaced it, or they put it out for the wrong service, which we are not responsible for. Furthermore, you received a delivery confirmation email from Blooms Today, which you may have received in your spam. You also said you contacted the company and have received no response, however, you never sent us, Echovita, an email, nor did you contact Blooms Today at the phone number provided on your receipt. I ordered flowers for a funeral. The order was placed several days in advance of the funeral. I was notified after the funeral was over that my order was unable to be fulfilled and I was issued a refund. A refund does not fix the fact that the funeral is over and I did not have flowers there from my family. Very unhappy with this experience. Had I known in advance, I would have chosen a local florist.

No where on Echovita does it say candles, messages, or memories left on our website appear on the funeral home's website.
