Shipping for books should be faster since syllabi are issued and books are needed with a quick turnaround.
Mobile site is hard to navigate from main page. Order review does not give edition or a viewable clear image visible from mobile
Books need to arrive sooner class start and it make student to fall behind due to the fact the book are inexpensive.
Only issue I had was in the download. Had to get two different apps to do so and found that to be a bit frustrating.

The book came quickly, but came to less than satisfactory condition. The book is loosing it's binding and will hopefully hold up for the term.
My school was charging $80 for this spanish book and here it cost me $50 so it saved me alot of money!
It was nice and simple. The process is laid out nicely. The cost of the book was great. It was great to find a place that lets you rent a book and get it quickly. The website was easy to find. Im glad I found this company and that they had the book I needed.
After jumping on the eCampus website, they had the textbooks I was looking for in stock. I received my books within 2-3 days. I will definitely use eCampus again.

This was the cheapest price I could find. The company was quick with shipping. We will see how the return goes.
I consistently had to contact the site because it would refuse my payment method hours/to days after order was placed. Shipping was not as promoted. I purchased a book from your market place also. A week after the order was placed I was notified that they were unable to fulill the order. I attempted to work with customer service on three seperate occasions but got scripted responses and $5 off a future order. These text books are needed for a college course and the delays did not fit my needs even though I purchased the books in an attempt to be prepared.
I received an email that said 5% discount on purchase. The website didn't accept the discount code.

Answer: Ecampus.com does not honor their payout times. I've been waiting 8 weeks now and still have not received payment. They also do not honor the method of payment you choose. I chose direct deposit to ensure fast delivery of the payment. They instead have decided to mail me a check, which I still have not received. Do not sell your used textbooks to ecampus.com if you actually want to receive reimbursement for them.
