Actually, I prefer dressllily to other online shopping sites because dresslily offers a detailed describtion of the products they sell. I am very particular about product quality and the desrcibtions i get offer exactly what i need. Early in September 2017, i found dresslily by chance on the internet and i have placed over 7 orders since then. All the products were delivered to me in Norway within 3 weeks of shipment. Product size and quality is exactly what was described. And Yes, the shopping discounts and Points, and even the free Jogger pants i received from Dresslily makes me wanna shop again and again. In fact, i have introduced 3 friends to dresslily already and their responses have been positive.
I ordered 4 items and 3 of the 4 were out of stock at the time I ordered them but they did not show that on the order page. I would not have ordered them if I knew that. And they know that which is why they hide that info. It took me 3 months to get my last item! I paid for the second fastest shipping. And one item I received was not the color I ordered. I saw that once they got my sale, I would have to go through a process just as long as the wait to get my money back. SCAM.

I paid for rapid shipping and did not get it. And if you took my money for that seeing the shipping time on the product packaging, then more shame on you.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My adult daughter and I ordered two Christmas dresses off this site. Took a a month to get the order. I normally wear a size 4-6 dress size. I ordered the 8. I could barely get it on! It's too tight aross the shoulder though it is sleeveless and the waist is right below my boobs! It's short and I'm only 5'5". I had planned to wear black tights with it so length would be ok. My daughter has not tried her's on but she is 5'9" so she'll be lucky if it covers her butt! Now the plan is to remove the top and put a waistband on both skirts... good thing I sew. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered a top for Halloween in September never received it. They claim they delivered and ask my to check with family and neighbours. It Mid November it was not delivered. This is a scam! I am reporting them and calling my credit card company to get reimbursed!

Once i found this site, I am not shopping on another site. It has everything on here, and it is all easily accessible from looking at items, to purchasing them and to tracking them. This website does justice to my expectations and exceeds them in the best of ways. It also is VERY cheap compared to other sites, has really good sizing aspects with the clothing and has free shipping worldwide. Very reliable and trustworthy site!
I finally received my order and i was surprised to see that the items where as i expected them to be. Long wait but in Dress lily's defense, i'm sure it had something to do with customs. I was quite pleased and absolutely adore the cute chevron pants i ordered. If you have the patience. They have alot of cute items that you can purchase very cheap and free shipping. That you can't really get anywhere else. I will shop with them again just knowing it may take a bit for me to receive my order.
It was easy to make an order, the product arrived fast and the quality was better than I expected. I recommended the website to all my friends.
Your "About Us" page says nothing about where your company is globally located. The prices are good but the reviews are horrible.

I had the same problem with getting a return from not receiving items I ordered from them. They wanting my online banking information and password to refund my money. I reported them to US Federal Trade Commission and the General Attorneys Office for scramming people out of their hard earn money. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered a winter peacoat from Dresslily in September last year for Christmas. I did not receive until January, too late for Christmas. The package come from China, post dated November? When I did receive, the large coat ordered for an adult was fit for a child, not an adult. Good for Coats for Kids, I donated it with hopes someone kept warm!

I love the dresses I bought at DressLily. I needed something quickly for an unexpected wedding and another for a vacation. They were priced wonderfully, they look and fit great, and they arrived quickly.
I had opportunity to order products from dresslily and i am pleased with quality and speed of delivery. Best part of this is some crazy sales they have every once in while so u can realy save money and look sharply dresed.
On 11-9 I left a review pertaining to my order LLP**************. I had ordered a Halloween top and still had not received it by 11-9. I asked Dress Lily to cancel the order but they said the item had already shipped so they couldn't do that. On 11-10 Dress Lily sent me a message saying they were going to credit my account and I could keep the item when it arrived. No charge. I figured I would never see either one. My account was credited on 11-12. Yay! Then on 12-3, I received the top in the mail. Yay again! It was 2 months after I had placed the order so I guess the lesson here is to place your order waaaayyyy in advance of when you want it. I'm impressed. Good job, Dress Lily!
