I closed a bet an confirmed the close. The System left the bet open, which ultimately ended in a lost, but should have doubled my money, had my close been accepted.

Draft kings is changing their line up algorithm to make it much harder for people to actually win. Most of the competitions now are not won by one person but 50-100s of people because they make it to where most people will pick a certain line up. I noticed they are leaving players off of the lineups that are actually playing and leaving ones that aren't playing on there so nobody actually has a chance of winning very often. It's theft but they're trying to be sly about it. I emailed them and let them know I noticed how they're changing things and how often they are because I can notice stuff like that, and they restricted my account for 3 months and said I had a gambling issues based off of my response, and my only response was telling them exactly what they're doing, and how often theyre doing it, and they showed them I could win every other one if not place in almost every competition now that I understood their process of line ups because it's not completely random. Once I started winning thousands, off of small small betting amounts they decide to restrict my account for 3 months. I told them they can have it, and I'll just report it and let everyone know that's what they'll get if they play draft kings. I'm sure they are all that way in their own way but draft kings seems to care a lot less about human beings actually

They are big SCAM, I made a new account and deposited $500 now I ma total $1500 so they locked my account and asked for DP for verification, I uploaded then asked for DP in my hand with face pic so I uploaded again. Now they asked for bank statements so I uploaded. This way I gave them 3 months old bank statements, my Hard Rock and Borgata account details and much more information. Finally they are asking for Jan 2024 full bank statement which is not possible to get on Jan 8,2024. It is possible only in Feb 2024.
They don't give your money back no matter what. They are big SCAM.
DON'T TRUST THEM.

I placed my $10 bet won $101 then as I went to withdraw the money to my bank account I get an email saying suspicious activity to my draft king account now they want a selfie of me holding my drivers license up to my face as well as a full entire bank statement with my account numbers address and account history I would not bet any money with draft kings you will not play hell trying to get your money I'm going to dispute the original charge to my bank BEWARE SCAM

Before draft kings took over Scoreboard app of OREGON was exllelent, it was cool, now I can't even log into the site, my pH is good, internet, there site lags sooooo HARD, lost $$ Due to how slow the site was trying 2 process,, CHILD'S PLAY, figure the site out DRAFT KINGS, 4 THE LUV OF GOD

I placed 5k. Promo states if I lose they will give me play credit. I tried to use credit and was unable to on multiple bets. First they claimed I was not eligible but I had proof then they gave it to me. They blamed it on IT etc. THER IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SPEAK TO. Tons of emails. I disputed charge because they did not provide me with the service they offered and won. THEY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. I will file a claim in court next week. STAY AWAY. I will sell all my stocks as well because this company wont be able to sustain when they are scamming people out of money.

This book knows how to take your money, but when it comes to withdrawing your winnings it takes a whole week to get the money. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I needed help with withdrawing my money and nobody could help me. I got frustrated told them I will cancel my account. THEY LOCKED ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, tell I requested it. Why would I request for my account to be canceled when I have money in it and live bets active. They think people are stupid. They locked me out of my account. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS, PLEASE BELIEVE ME. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO WITHDRAW YOUR WINNINGS. There are a lot better books out there that make it easy to withdraw your money, and much better customer service. THIS BOOK IS HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY. DONT USE IT.

They are scamming people on computer games.How they get away with this when its suppose to be regulated is disgusting Probaly got state in their pocket just like everone else does

DraftKings has the worst platform for sports bets and casino games.
Their bonuses restrict all deposits until they are fully played through 15 X's the amount of the deposit, regardless if you wanted to play casino games or just place sports bets. It will restrict the full deposit for casino only until those funds are exhausted.

Customer service is mediocre at best. The only form of communication is sending an email. They have no LIVE chat agents or a phone number to call.

My next call will be to make a complaint with the BBB and Michigans Gaming Control Commission

I'm going to be very honest with this review. DraftKings operates in a manner that feels very fraudulent. I opened an account in mid-October 2022. I began learning the sports betting process, particularly how to make parlay wagers. November 7th, the NBA had a rare day where all teams played. So I figured out how to place a 10 dollar 15-Leg wager that would have paid $32,000 if I won. Draft Kings immediately placed a restriction on my account and sent me an email saying I had to prove my identity and location because I had engaged in betting irregularities. I had to send them a photo of me holding my driver's license and two bank statements for two credit cards I had linked to my account. Three weeks later, account was still restricted and I could not gain access to $185 was in my account. DraftKings does not have live customer service operators. Communication is done thru email. And I sent 14 emails asking when the restriction would be lifted and only got the same auto-bot reply every time. The Chat line is the same way. This company, with its national TV ads and comedian Kevin Hart as its spokesperson is selling the public a fraudulent image. There are too many other Sportsbook companies on the market for DraftKings to be operating in such a shady manner. I contacted my state's attorney general office and forwarded them my info.

They burned me for 10 dollars? So sad and so dumb! They randomly changed their the deposit page to a shady "special one time offer deal". This "special deal" could not be closed or bypassed so I reached out for help over and over and the customer service reps sent me a link that went right back to the "special offer". At some point I just assumed if they keep sending me to it then it must be fine. WELL it was not! It was a scam that you could not move or withdrawl! I'm sure they burned someone for much more than my 10 dollars… which I could care less about, it's the principle. I was told I could be refunded after 24 hours and then after 24 hours I was told NO! Be super careful with this site! Customer service has now been just completely ignoring me. It feels sooo wrong and dirty. Like "we got his 10 dolllars, turn off the lights and pretend we're not home". Figured they could at least just transfer it over to the Sportsbook? Would have given it right back in no time! I now understand the horrible rating this site has. The business motto of lets grab 10 dollars right this second instead of 10 dollars a day for the year is not a good one.

The worst customer service in the sector! They only reply with auto written e-mails and they never help you with anything. Only keep you in the loop when you want to withdraw your money. If you want to deposit no problem right away but when it comes to withdraw they ask you thousands of questions and documents. This website is my biggest regrets ever. DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS I REPEAR DO NOT USE DRAFTKINGS!

I have been with DraftKings for almost 8 years. And ever since November of last year I've been trying to get my email changed because someone had my email. So I was trying to get an email changed with DraftKings so I can withdraw my funds or take care of things on their website. Can you believe they still haven't changed my email? It's been almost a year, now after me sending it out a year ago. They finally got with me too. Maybe 3 weeks ago. And I'm still waiting on the email a change. This is the most ridiculous gambling company I've ever seen. When it comes to company customer service. You can't talk to anyone. I mean it is so ridiculous. I like gambling on the website but this issue has really changed my insight on DraftKings, I can go to FanDuel, I can go to bovada and on each one of them I can talk to the customer service and if I need to email James they would do it within 3 minutes. It's been almost a year and I've been talking to him for 3 months and they still haven't done it. It is so ridiculous. So if you ever lose access to email, do not depend on DraftKings to fix it for you in a hurry, you can't withdraw your funds. You can't really do anything but gamble. And that's an issue
