I was part of DraftKings for about a year and now I have another account. I've been part of them for going on two years nowthey are thieves, a 100% thieves I've never won a $#*!ing thing and I bet probably damn near 100 grand I never cashed out any money. I did jackpot a few times, but now that's gone, and they have these other jackpots that you will never win and never be part of it. This isthe absolute worst casino I've ever been part of hands-down zero stars Stay the hell away from this these crooks.

They locked my dfs account for no reason
Wanted me to explain I why I closed my casino account 3 years earlier
Cannot talk or chat with anyone
They only do email
And the system is broke
Tried contacting on X
Said someone will get back to you in 4 hours
It's been 4 days and they will no longer respond on X
Answer their questions about the casino account and they disappear
Really is the worst customer service I have ever witnessed

My account was hacked and they played for 590.00 dollars. They told me it was hacked and closed my account. They refuse to give PayPal the money back. I got emails and text saying from them it was hacked. PayPal wants me to pay back but I refuse and draft kings won't answer me anymore.

You could bet $2,000 and may win $75. They are too busy paying celebrities to scam hardworking people. Oh and I just saw a lawsuit filed 2024 where their employees are watching and winning. I will never gamble with them. They do not deserve even 1 star. Anyone other gambiling company is better.

Kind of sucks to have your car unlocked for 2 1/2 weeks already for 10 bucks 10 bucks where they $#*!ed up at OK if I roll the $10 let me know but all the money I spent in the money I have my account should've been clear right out of my account $10 but they won't even let me do that. They want me to deposit 10 more dollars so it $#*!ing sucks so I've been going to other places. DraftKings have been all right, but FanDuel probably be the next bet. We'll probably be the next place to go to.

My name is mark snyder and i have never had account with draft kings and my bank info got stoled and i contacted them and told them and got the run around and still getting the run around and they took 400 out of my account and they wont give it back this has been going on 3mos they took 400 from me and im barley making it and they dont care they are the WORST

They rig their games to the point of predictability, the second the hand is dealt any player who has paid attention will know the outcome. Even when you have what would be a very high rate of winning hand the app has the dealer win by one. Complete fraud!

Draftkings customer service is horrible. My account is locked and they asked me to send my ID with me holding it. I've sent it numerous times. The email response is never an actual person. Just a auto response. It's so fustrating! When I called it asks you to leave a voicemail and no one returns your call. This all happened as soon as I added money on my account. They are absolutely scam artists which means they are cheater's, please stay away from them. Just deleted my account because I was tricked very good, in the beginning of me playing which I I win a few times and was up over 1800 dollars on there casino app. Then boom I look up and now I'm down 2 thousand dollars in no time. Haven't won a bonus round or game in over 800 dollars straight scammer and they do control what you win and how much and when. Take your winning and run away from these crooks and please do not go back they are criminals there that basically steal your money when they are done let you win and will take everything back and then some. Please don't try them.

DraftKings live game is scam. They didn't pay me the winnings amount I email DraftKings supporters for help but they didn't show me interest and slots 🎰 machines are a scam, they claim 96% returns to players but that's a lie. They're making fools of people. Lives Casino is also a scam;.
My best advice is never to play live & slot machines. They're 100% fixed

First, I won on poker for 5k, they changed it to 15 dollars then blamed it on my internet, when the previous 100 games I never had that problem. Second I do alot of sports bets, everyone I have done says change odds when they update. I click the bottom it is yellow it places the bet, when after the odds changed I didn't want that bet. It submitted it anyways, and then they refused to work with me on it. They are not held accountable for there actions. Please run and use another betting service.

I had a bet that one and didn't get paid out. I had to email them and show them proof that the BET had won before they paid me. After successfully building my account with winnings they locked me out of it during important games to me. I was not able to withdraw my money or even get signed in. Customer service was less than helpful.

I got swallowed up with the hoopla deposited $25 after setting up the account even though I only had to do five they never credited me my $250 bonus so I'm out betting on these crazy apps. Another app will not let me finalize the account once I put in $25 to get 200

I have been a customer of draftkings literally since their inception. I've won tens of thousands of dollars. I was such a good customer they gave me free Cub playoff tickets. But in the last month they've become some Russian bot. I'm not allowed to even access my account without jumping through hoops that seem aimed at identity theft. Indeed when I had enough a week ago I said close my account and send me my funds. The response no! Fortunately I've been bleeding the account and we are only talking hundreds, but still it's my money. Hopefully there is a class action law suit out there I can join. But regardless stay away and if you're on draftkings get off, they will make you wish you heeded my warning.

I have given this online casino multiple chances and they do not have slot winnings. Go to Mgm or bet rivers or anywhere else. Thier app glitches and no matter what time or game your guaranteed to loose. There app has been faulty for months, also poor promos. Love the other apps so far! Michigan!

I have been having issues the past few times I played. Screen locks up, get kicked off and have to log back in. This is a regular basis while playing. Can't download a game you want to play.

I have contacted customer service numerous times over the issues they tell me my Apple I phone isn't up to date which it is and they say the same about the app it isn't the newest version which it is. Very few payouts on sufficient money deposited.

I think it's rigged, they blow you off and say it's your issue not theirs. SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY! They need to be regulated more than what's going on. Turning them into Michigan Gaming Control Board.

Since starting with DraftKings I easily opened an account. Then actually made bets and won a small bit. Then my account was questioned. I tried numerous times to resolve but got automated messages not pertaining to my issue at all. In the end they closed my account worth $73.33 CDN in it for no apparent reason. Terrible scam

Customer service is horrible, generic texts to tell u be patient, there working on it, 3 weeks had restrictions put on my account, still can't withdraw money, still no answer
