For over a month, the app freezes when playing slots, I lose my progressive spin progress, have the close the app and restart/sign in again, to get app to work again. Progress is completely lost on the slot I was playing when it froze. I'm losing hundreds this way! It only happens when I start winning. They accused me of having slow wifi internet. Not true. Husbands a professional gamer and we have the best internet. Then they want to act like you don't have the most updated version of the app. Which I do.
And in order to help you, they make YOU do all the investigation. To even escalate it to their "investigation" department, they require you to investigate first. They require you to submit the following if you want to even possibly receive any type of help: dates/times problems occurred, how much you wagered when it occurred and the transaction ID (which they refuse to even tell you where you can locate this trans ID- fyi it's in the financial documents center on the app), they require the multiplier amount you "attempted" to "bail" out at (even though I was never trying to "bail out, I wanted to keep paying and spinning, but the spinning wheel froze in the middle of a spin and then the app has to be closed out! No one tried bailing lol). All Screenshots or videos of the ardor occurring. Version in the slot game being played. Do not use this app! For warning now. I had an issue once with BetMGM, and they immediately fixed the issue and gave me a free $50 casino bonus to use and play with. They investigated the issue themselves and everything. DraftKings refuses to do this, is considered a leader in the legal betting and gambling world, yet they can’t fund a proper customer service team and investigation team?
