I was impressed with the Dotsquares ability, right from the initial technical discussion about our idea for website www.igratu.com and the iGRATU App, both are now in IOS and Android stores, the PM Neeru was excellent and continues to support where she can, great advice and abilities. We will be going back to Dotsquares to upgrade once we have found investment for the app, this will be for our 2nd phase enhancements and 3rd phase white label of the app development. Thanks guys.

I have a small agency and sometimes there just aren't enough hours in the day. That's where DotSquares make all the difference.

I work with a dedicated project manager and his team. They are always quick to respond and help me get projects completed. If things go wrong (and they do - nothing is perfect!) they have always responded positively with a can-do attitude and resolved any issues we've encountered.

Their team give me access to an incredible amount of knowledge and expertise and I trust them to continue giving me the great service I've always experienced.

I was advised by their company representative in Australia that they work with IT companies, multinationals an so on. Just to be sure, I checked the business references they provided me and their clients had all good things to say about the company. So I hired them to build my clothing Business Website and Mobile apps. Project Managers and developers were very knowledgeable and experienced. I had no issues with communication, received timely delivery with great design and functionality as requested. Highly Recommended business.

After quoting 24 hrs to fix Java Script errors, address loading speed issues and fix the design template on my Home page; I thought this was reasonable. Then without really checking properly as they had no access to the backend or front end of my site, they claimed there were no JS errors because I could not provide screen shots. However, they still wanted to charge for 24 hrs of work to reduce the resolution on 5 images and fix the Home page design template.

Our Project was to create a computer based program that determines, how many users are connected to a network. This is then read by an online web app. Dotsquares meet your requirements very good. In terms of delivering what I asked for it was perfect. Affordable, timely and great communication. I do have some reservations but in terms of delivering what I asked for I cannot fault.

I have been a DotSquares customer for about 3 years now. During this time most of my dealings have been with Chirag Patel. The reason I'm writing this is to let you and any potential customers know what a brilliant choice I made choosing DotSquares, and how lucky I was getting assigned Chirag.

My biggest concern when agreeing to do business with your company was the language barrier. Chirag has proven that was no burden at all - I haven't needed to temper my language whatsoever. Everything I say is understood, communication has been so easy. This has allowed me to say what's on my mind, and taken many hours off the development time.

Chirag has been brilliant at requesting clarification for things he initially found confusing. This has meant that rather than be "proud" and guess what I want, he's asked to make sure it's correct, meaning he gets it right the first time, something many developers should take note of.

Chirag's work ethic is excellent, and in 3 years I can't remember a single day he was sick. This is unheard of in Australia, and it shows Chirag is willing to push himself even when he's feeling unwell. The ability to take responsibility for organising designers and administrators to complete tasks can't be understated either. I felt like the project was always under control, and nothing was too hard to complete, even some really tricky requests I made.

There have been many nights Chirag has worked beyond his normal 8 hours just to complete the job. Given you charge by-the-hour, this shows how much he cares. My website is complex and has required real maturity to get it to the state it's in. DotSquares, your rates are very reasonable, so for value for money, I don't see how IT companies in western countries can compete against you when you deliver results like this.

If there is ever an opportunity to promote Chirag, I strongly suggest you consider doing it. I've worked with a few people within your organisation and none was up to the calibre of Chirag. His understanding of the issues, his relaxed manner couple with a strong work ethic and solid communication skills have made him a real asset to your company, and to me.
