It was a pure delight to work with Dotsquares from beginning to end. I worked with a chap called Rajendra and my brief was brief - you could have written it on the back of a cigarette packet, but he picked up on where I was going and what I wanted and the ongoing tweaks and he delivered.

Dealing with someone you havent met thousands of miles away is really no different to dealing with someone down the road you havent met. So if you have any fears on that score dismiss them.

I will be doing a lot more business with Dotsquares - they offer a personal, professional service and I am more than impressed.

We chose Dotsquares for our app build as a value for money solution, which suited our budget. Dotsquares will deliver promptly, but it is imperative that you know and understand what you want both from a design and technical point of view. You can project manage the process yourself, if you wish. We chose a package including a UK based Project Manager. The build is completed in India, and there is some liaison with the Indian Developers mainly via email and an online portal where all communication relating to the build takes place. You will have to do the testing of each stage of the build yourself. If you can identify reproducible issues with the build, they will be fixed quickly at no extra expense - a very important detail with a tight budget. We are satisfied that Dotsquares produced a product, which works including backend support and storage. Our requirement was to build an app, which met the MVP criteria and this has been fulfilled. Our app is a work in progress like any other and we are happy to stick with Dotsquares for our current requirements.

After speaking with the sales rep. And assigning a developer, we was contacted immediately by the developer and given a project portal to keep track of all progress. Developer was, again, very very well versed in web development/management and suggested wisely and refrained from wasting time, as we had experienced with other companies in the past.

When looking to outsource back in 2014 I compared various development companies based in different countries. I went with DotSquares mainly because I thought their ability to communicate in English was better than others. We've since had a 5-year business relationship with them. They are great value for money and although at times their testing has fallen a little short, with new models that have a dedicated tester have improved their quality. I now recommend them to anyone and have given them lots of work as a result.

I was surprised at the ease with which my web page was developed. Firstly the proposal was promptly received, it was detailed and clearly demonstrated a very thorough understanding of my requirements. Clear lines of communication were well documented and the cost quoted represented remarkable value. As the web page was developed daily reports and queries were exchanged via a remarkable on-line dashboard. The end product has been well received and the results have exceeded expectations.
