Getting rid of your telephone customer service support and making support available solely by chat is very inconvenient as it takes a long time for someone to respond and ultimately, a 30 second question turns into a 20 minute chat session because the representatives are so slow in responding.
I have never taken classes that offered insights into web design, IT or anything related to these skills, but after playing around with the starter version, I feel comfortable in web building. It has been fun trying new things and learning. I
I recently signed up for a package, built my site and am now told that it's no longer "really" support do to a migration to a newer platform. Didn't feel good nor encouraging to hear this as a new client. Oh well.
So far so good, however this survey is far to early to elicit any quality feedback. You get two stars for your site working properly and an additional star for giving me a better feeling than Google did. So please quit pushing them on me. I don't want it and I've already purchased what I need right now. In my opinion its ridiculous to send a survey so early. The other two stars won't be achievable until I've needed support. Until then I won't know what you're really about.
Easy to buy, clear options, fair pricing. Was able to point my MX records to cloud+ while I work on building my own box to provide web, mail, and file services. Have referred a friend for his business.
The web building portion can be confusing and does not offer things for beginners to transfer into more professional websites(WordPress) without completely undoing the website builder site. When trying to do blogs, it sometimes does not allow me to add links appropriately
You have done a great job in servicing my domain, but I must close this (wistle.net) domain because I can no longer afford it. I have closed my business, and at 82 yrs old am retiring. I will not be renewing this year. Just let it run out and then cut it off. Thank you for your wonderful service through the past years.

I recently transferred 2 of my domains to domain.com in exactly the same manner i.e for a period of one year as they were offering a good deal.
Ironically, for one of the domain, they automatically renewed it for another 2 years period at a very high rate without even my consent. Now when I filed a complaint they say they are helpless.
Also, during the entire migration process, for the 2 domains they charged me 4 times. After breaking my head with them for 2 days then finally refunded me for the 2 extra transactions.
Really felt like I did a big mistake by migrating from my previous domain register - InterServer. InterServer is such a professionally run company. They are just superb!
Domain.com is really really pathetic and I am just waiting to end my relationship with them...
Last night, I discovered the system was being upgraded. Today, surprise! My complimentary business email - poof and disappeared. I was informed when I contacted them first, that it never existed. Then, we are sorry about your inconvenience Pay $45 for hosting and like magic, my email will be up and running. Is this how a business should treat a as they put it, "loyal customer?"
Domain.com was initially very responsive and took my money for website builder and hosting. Despite purchasing an SSL certificate twice now on top of website builder and hosting package, my website remains not secure, and customer service reps refuse to respond to my live chat and email inquiries. I even reached out to the CEO on LinkedIn; again with no response. Such a horrible customer service. And now I am stuck. Stay away form doman.com
Awful service. My website is inaccessible because of SSL certificate fault ( on the domain.com side) and technical do not help even after 8 times I had wrote to them. No real help or compensations, only promises.

I went to buy a domain and my cost at checkout was $19.98. I check my email with my receipt and they charged me 2,316! They REFUSE to refund me back after days of talking to their employees on "chat". I have screenshots of them saying two different times I will get my full refund. Then today I get an email saying "no refund since you purchased a premium domain" I never would have bought a domain for over $2,300! This place is a JOKE! You will give me my money bank through my banks fraud department and my lawyer! Oh and if you guys have any problems, they don't accept phone calls and you'll be speaking to people in India over a chat room!
For over a month I was totally unable to get support - the chat kept ending before I could even type 'hello'. The Web Builder program at the Started level is cumbersome and I can't just change or even see how the AI version is different or better. Other then giving me my domain name - the rest is quite unwieldy and not user-friendly. I am strongly considering migrating my domain to another platform.

This guys charged me 154 dls after I was contacting them and asking not to be charged and delete my domain. Now I contacted them after more than a year via chat and they told me they can be only contacted via chat. They designed the customer service the way they were protected. After more than an hour in a very delayed chat they said they can't do anything and it was my responsability to contact them before. How?
Domain.COM is very reliable at charging my company credit card. Calling them for support when your website is down was a terrible experience. When I needed their support, they told me to call Microsoft. There had to be another provider who would not leave you out in the cold.
Incredibly confusing and can't find basic things. The dashboard looks "pretty but it's non functional. There is no logical step to installing wordpress, the purchase experience was bad, you forced me to buy a domain that I don't want
