I love Dolls Kill for having the most unique, interesting clothes. Though the return policy doesn't allow for refunds, they've done a great job of making sure my returns are processed quickly and I'm given store credit to buy another thing I am so excited to wear!
I had placed an order that got double charged and Selina over at Dolls Kill helped me out by cancelling one of the duplicate orders. She responded to my email in less than an hour which is crazy considering today is Labor Day! Grateful for your help Selina
DK's customer support go above and beyond. Always kept in loop if UPS has delays, always answering like a human addressing any concern or question. Oh and I'm addicted to the clothing. Everyone knows A is happy when it's black box/bag day. Thank you for making shopping fun.
I was concerned about overnight delivery timing. They have been extremely helpful the entire time. I love that you can just text them and get help. With so many ways to get clothing these days, customer service means a lot to me. I feel like they genuinely care. It's how I also run my business. 5 stars y'all!
I've shopped at Dolls Kill many times but I won't be shopping there any longer, the bad part is once you purchase an item you don't ever get your money back, it's either oh well or store credit. They don't work with you if your package is lost or stolen, which says a lot about them. No one on their team is on the same page because they all told me one thing and the other rep would say something completely different. I'll def warn friends about shopping there and the following on have on social media. Feel like it's ran by 18 year old.
I discovered Dolls Kill last year. I'm so happy that I did! The shop sells the most unique items at a very reasonable price. It's hard to find goth and rave clothing anywhere else.
The staff is also extremely nice and thoughtful. They are always happy to offer assistance or issue a refund if you are not satisfied for any reason. Bloomingdales and Nordstroms do not have this kind of service!

Literally my favourite website to shop from. I've made like 10 purchases and haven't had a problem yet! Pro- tons of unique brands and decently fast shipping Con- you can find some items for cheaper on their origin website, but that's pretty easy to just check before you make the purchase (it's usually only a $5 to $10 difference if anything)
I've always had such great experiences on the Dolls Kill site. They even shipped two of my orders together which saves on packaging and carbon footprint, etc so I appreciate little things like that! Great fun products and their customer service chat is awesome!

I used to buy from Dollskill before their marketing team and social media presence imitated that of an attention seeking 14 year old high school student. Not only do they have little regard for their impact online, but they seem to find great joy in showcasing the most deplorable online stunts you can find in marketing. To bring kinks to a grocery store is beyond foul, anyone in the kink community holds respect and consent to the utmost importance. After receiving VALID backlash for this abysmal pursuit of online controversy and attention (again, embodying the immaturity and professionalism of a 14 year old) they double down on their decision. Any business worth a damn would take into consideration the way a campaign or idea sits with the overall public, not Dollskill, they are proud of arguing with customers to defend their disgusting and poorly executed ideas. This company is a joke and so is Shoddy Lynn.
After needing information about different sizes of an item, I got a response very quickly. The customer service rep who was in contact with me, went above and beyond to help me figure out the right size to purchase - would definitely recommend!
Dollskill has such a wide range of good quality products, supporting big and little companies as well & has shown me so many brands I didn't know about before, that I am loving now. Not only is dolls kill my favorite shop to buy clothing from, their customer service is amazing! Any time I've had a question or concern the staff always replied in a timely manner and they were also very polite and professional.
Sent a message in regards to receiving store credit for a return and the response was super quick and handled with no questions asked. They take care of their customers. Love Dolls Kill, will definitely shop again.
I keep coming back and rewriting this review because my experience with them varies significantly between "awesome" and "pathetic". It worries me greatly the direction that they are going in, sacrificing quality of service in order to expand quantity of sales. Have decided to give them a break for a while after many negative experiences and will follow through later on this year to check on their progress and see whether they've managed to turn this around or have continued sinking. Other than that, their products are great, particularly the Exclusive Brands but sizing is a little bit off so anyone who is in between their categories might struggle a bit, so watch out. Everyone based abroad will have to set aside some cash for taxes and additional purchases once something doesn't fit right because returns are not really feasible.
After having some problems (out of Doll's Kill's control) I have had the best customer service ever! Lovely communication from Selina who was helpful, understanding and friendly. Loved my items when I received them, 10/10 would recommend and buy from again! Thank you so much :)
I ordered three times and none of them have arrived. Customer service was condescending and unprofessional during our interactions especially since the reason my first order didn't arrive is they forgot about it.

Answer: I'm from the Uk and I thought mine was taking strangely long so I checked my email and it was in customs. Check out your email to make sure it isn't customs. As soon as you do whatever you need to release the order from customs, it will take 1-2 days to deliver to you:) If you're talking about the tracking order status that comes after placing an order then the tracking order status should appear on the website 3-4 days afterwards. The tracking order link doesn't work for me so just email one of the staff and they will be more than happy to link you to it.
