Love this company
September 2, 2023

Anything negative I say here is so the products can be the best they can be! I bought the alien spaceship backpack/purse and the lanyard with the smiley face, yin Yang and mushroom bags … the mushroom bag came with one of the mushrooms bent in half… i've been massaging and bending it the other way so that it's not so bad but there is a visible crease and it still …some of the knobs on the spaceship and yin Yang are loose… this made me sad… the bags are such good quality with a style you can't find anywhere else! Reminds me of my 10th birthday smiley faces, peace signs, little green men…. These are just small details I know they can get better at! BUTT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE there products! I also would like to make a suggestion! For us Lady's!…. From us girls (at heart) who DONT DO belly shirts! Please make longer shirts! Seriously!Love the clothing but can't ware the shirts …. Not long enough…. I would probably buy the whole store if I could ware the tops! Oh and if the shoes went to a size 11.5-12 women's…. Just saying you excluded a lot of women with half cut shirts and shoe size. But I love the store so much I bought a bunch of bags and was sad when things weren't perfect… but when is anything ever perfect ….

So for
Dolls Kill just something to think about!

Like I said quality is exceptional! The zippers are good the rings are good straps good quality product absolutely! Tiny little details are the problem… the packaging was exceptional … the shipping bag it came in had the logo, … was nice. I would like inside the packaging bag for it to be in a gift bag as if you went to the store and walked out with a bag in the mall…. But the packing material was phenomenal.

Five stars are for companies that get it perfect which some absolutely do! Four stars are for companies who have a great quality product but your order is wrong or something else fixable is wrong … Three stars are for companies who have great products and the products come slightly damaged…. Two and one star companies I don't FUXX with …. At all!

Below are pictures of the knobs on the bags that turn (not tight!) Most are tight but I'm afraid some may fall off… (spaceship and Yangyang.) And the mushroom that was crease in half … visible damage … the bigger mushroom that is folded curved but not creased.

Tip for consumers:

I really do want this company to be successful !!! Love the style and products! When making and shipping, they need more attention to detail… they could have easily had five stars! Straight skip four go into into five if the bag wasn’t creased or knobs were tight….

Everything I ordered! Love this company! Just needs some quality control….

Brenna [OW69Y5-X383] such a lovely kind person, who helped me immediately without any discussions.
March 18, 2022

I'm referring to Brenna [OW69Y5-X383], I had an issue with my order, so I had to return a big part of it completely from Germany. I had to pay the return costs on my own, as it is a country outside of the US and return countries from outside of the US are not sent a cost-free return label (it was a big packet and cost about 60,- € which I had to pay) and I wanted to counter-back charge this amount of the return costs to DollsKill and wanted them to refund these costs to me, as some of the shoes were cut too tight (I couldn't close the zipper of one half-long boot, although my calf is normal and I am not overweight, which is clearly a sign for too less material was used during the production of the shoe -would rather fit the calf of a child). So Brenna made it possible that these costs were refunded to me and she is the reason why the shop left a very good impression in the end, it's also the first time I am shopping from this shop. I was disappointed first, because the boots didn't fit although I really loved them and would like to keep them so much, but I can't wear or walk in half-long boots with the zipper open, that's clear. They would hang down. There were small issues with the other shoes as well, some were cut too tight or the gold chain of one shoe looked very old and was not shining any more, but I have written this in detail on the return form and put it in the package, you will find out what was not okay with this order. Apart from that the communication was very good, fast reaction time, but after two girls weren't able to resolve the situation (I had to explain my situation about three times, which was a little annoying to be honest) Brenna their supervisor contacted me and she resolved everything quickly and uncomplicated. Thank you Brenna for being that customer-friendly and resolving all.

Bad service, bad products, take a gamble!
April 2, 2022

Okay so I spent easily over $400 within the last month as a first time customer of Dolls Kill. I will include as many of my photos as I can. I ordered $100+ Demonia boots that arrived to me scuffed up, with black scuff marks everywhere, damage, and pieces missing from the soles of the shoes. I emailed them asking for a discount because I did not want to mess with the return policy or that whole experience of shipping, etc. I figured I could work with them. They did not refund my card or discount my purchase but instead issued a 30 percent store credit. (Not what I asked, but okay, I'll work with it [again.] Next, I got a mirror that I arrived to me broken, extremely broken. I asked them to send a replacement. They did not, but said they would issue store credit. I never got this store credit. On top of that, there was a nasty confusing email chain of over 20 emails back and forth because the representative was lying to me, saying she issued a $12.93 store credit to my dolls kill account for the mirror AS WELL AS she issued the full amount back to my card (which was also confusing, her saying she issued two full amounts separate places, but this is what she insisted AT FIRST.) Again, I never got this store credit. I then bought a new pair of boots from them (Flyh fleet sneakers,) applying my 30% store credit of the initial pair of jacked up scuffed demonia boots to this purchase, and again, there was no $12.93 credit at this time (from the broken mirror.) So I bought these boots and in this initial chain of emails I kept asking about the $12.93 store credit, which Angel from Dolls Kill fought with me insisting I USED this credit on the 2nd pair of boots. I did not, I sent explicit screen shots and EXPLICIT math equations to show her or him honestly and clearly that I never recieved this $12.93 credit, and yet Angel kept saying this credit was applied to my purchase of the 2nd pair of boots. Gaslighting at its finest. There was literally no $12.93 credit shown on the purchase and the math added up exactly to the T WITHOUT that credit, so this person was straight up lying, even with all the evidence I sent over. Like, "pulling teeth ripping my hair out" but trying not to get infuriated. So as mentioned this 2nd pair of boots I just recieved today, they look used or something because there's spots on them that appear to be from liquid, and they straight up don't fit. Like I don't know how a human can wear these; they are size 7 which technically fit the bottom of my foot but to squeeze in the main part of the boot where the "neck" is is ridiculous, the heel is hard and stubborn and it DOES NOT ZIP ALL THE WAY! Like, really?! I'm mind blown. I don't have big size legs or calves. The standard is, boots zip up that are supposed to zip, but they are extremely tight to the point I took off my socks and pants just to zip them up and I was lucky to get them three quarters of the way up. I just don't get it. I hope they stretch out or start to form fit or something because I'm just done with Dolls kill. In that initial email chain I asked for a supervisor to call me and their phone lines were conveniently not working, supposedly. The supervisor emailed me the next day with some more nonsense that made no sense and no solution. So that's 2 pairs of expensive(!) shoes plus the mirror that came defective with only a very minimal "discount" just to buy more products from them. I never got what I asked for this whole experience of Dolls kill, which feels very unwholesome for spending so much money and energy! In between this experience I got a $30 outdoor picnic chair which had a "cup holder" so cheaply made, the netting was stuck together and sewn so weird I'm not even sure it serves a purpose. They're kind of sneaky about their marketing; I got a candle that looks significantly bigger in the photos (it did not mention measurements) and was way small when I received it. The boots I got secondly I also asked pre-purchase if they were green or black because the pictures showed green but the description said black. So I emailed them and the rep said they are green but they change color in uv light. They are actually black and turn green in uv light. I spent over $60 + overnight shipping expecting green shoes (except in uv light) and instead got black shoes that turn kind of green depending on how long you're in the right lighting. That sucks a lot too. I think I got 2 products from the many MANY that I ordered that were actually okay, with no defects and seemed to be quality. So overall very frustrating experience, unethical on their part and kind of one of those faceless companies that just aren't gunna treat you right no matter how much money you spend (cuz they're always gunna make more money from some other poor sucker.) You may have a better experience, but these are pretty poor odds! I think there's definitely a motive for them not having a way to review individual products on their site or leave reviews there at all..

Tip for consumers:

Be very careful because you can spend hundreds of dollars with this company and end up stuck with defective stuff and no sort of refunds or solutions
