I ordered a closet pole extension (description says chrome and black and I received white) I have called multiple times to customer service for 3 days now and they have not been able to resolve my concern.
Item had been obviously repackaged with parts missing. After a couple of weeks of back and forth Emails and sending numerous photographs they told me they would file a claim on my behalf. Their "Customer Happiness" division is anything but.

Was supposed to be in stock and ship next day. I ordered February 28th and it shipped March 17th. Went online to double check and it still said it was in stock and would ship next day. That's the only reason I ordered feom here. Don't waste your time.
I ordered a pool deck paint, it took an in ordinate amount of time to receive this order. When it did arrive upon opening the box, the paint can had a very damage top/lid the can was 'bowed' and the top and side were creased and bulging, I did not care to go through the trouble of attempting to send back, and while the product was not inexpensive, I opted to discard.
I could not find this product locally, so I scanned it, and DK came up and had the identical product. Shipping was fast and communication was excellent. AAA+++
Had one unit that did not have all the completed parts & customer service person was great to work with to get refund.
They had everything i needed at a great price. I will definitely save this seller for my door and lock hardware.

Recieved order but it was wrong size screw, called business and they said they do not carry that size. Yet it's advertised.
Found what I was looking for but the picture of the product was outdated. They recently changed the product. No longer mentions Teflon.
Wasn't shipped in a timely fashion. Had to contact shipper and never was notified as to when it was shipping.
A I bought a Christmas light projector for the exterior of my home, hoping it would be just what I wanted. Unfortunately, I did not like the product at all, and it seemed cheaply built. When I tried to return it, I found that DK hardware would be charging a 25% restocking fee and I would need to pay the shipping myself. The shipping return fee on my item was $31, despite it being a fairly small box. I advise you not to do business with this company, if you think there might be a possibility of you needing to return the item.
I bought 2 Arlington motion patio chairs. They both did not set squarely or the ground, they teetered. I attempted to call, no reply. Finally, today my son sat in the chair and the welds broke. I would not recommend this item to anyone.

I ordered replacement shower seals in a 5/16 inch x 3/8 inch configuration. I received 5/8 inch by 1/4 inch. And I am expected to pay the return shipping whereas most companies will generate a return label.

I ordered a product at about $300 CAD. Wrote my shipping address and checked the box that said billing address is different. I've moved across the country. I included the billing address, which is the old shipping address they sent my previous order to, last year.
Of course this new recent order went to the billing address, and when I checked the invoice they have both addresses written as the same old billing address. My new address isn't on it. This must have been a glitch in their website, or because they have an account for me, it automatically applied my old address information attached to my email. In any case, my order is now on the other side of Canada where I haven't lived for months, and DK Hardware has been totally useless. Offering me nothing, just $300 down the drain. Their customer service agent talked over me and clearly did not believe me.
If you want a hardware business that cares, look elsewhere. Their ordering system is unreliable and if something goes wrong, nobody is going do anything but say YOU must've made a mistake.
I've ordered 2 4-ft. LED shop lights from DK Hardware. The first one failed after about 6 months, so I ordered a replacement. Now, that one has failed. No responds on their online chat service and can't get anyone at customer service to answer my calls.
Be very careful about using DHK Hardware. In spite of their very "flowery" hold message, their customer service is virtually nonexistent.

Horrible and will never purchase from them. They misrepresent items in stock, you purchase the item, you verify with customer service the item is in stock, you trust them and get expedited shipping, you later get a call the item has 2 to 3 week lead time. This happened to me twice with an important part I needed for a client, horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Will never use them.

Tried to order one bag of poly foam backing from DK Hardware. The woman taking my order, texted me the invoice before I paid. The bag of foam cost $4.99 and weighs less than an ounce.
Luckily, I looked at the invoice that showed 4.99 for the polyfoam backing AND $165.00 for shipping!
Justin Bennet, customer relations, texted me in a message last week. " Can you tell me what happened" After explaining to him what happened, I never heard back from him.
I sent voicemails and texts to this guy.
Justin's position as customer relations is a scam as well.
My experience with him only shows he is interested in taking care of corporate and not the customer. You are a bad reflection of your company the way you handled this. Continue to hide
