Hey there. I don’t know why there’s even negative comments on Discountmugs. I’ve been ordering from them for a bout a year already and very happy with the service. Replies are fast and ordering from them is easy. I buy a lot of prom favors but I don’t use them for prom but mostly as door gifts for my clients who walk into my shop and purchase a little something. Think of creative ways to use stuff like shot glasses and fill them with potpourri- excellent gift idea for clients. Discountmugs has been a site that I will always go back to buying. Thanks!
If there was a way to leave 0 stars or even negative stars, I would. This company shipped product to me that had broken pieces in it. They originally promised to ship the replacements overnight as my customer had a must in hands date. They did not hold up that promise. After we contacted customer service the next day to see where our product was at they told us they weren't able to ship out the replacements immediately and that it would take a day or two to ship out the product. After being fully aware of the in hands date needed by my customer, this supplier who I trusted, let me know. If your order is shipped without any issues, you're lucky. But if an issue needs to be resolved. Good luck getting them to help.
Unbelievable customer service. Johanna Rodriguez in Inventory was absolutely phenomenal in ensuring that we received our orders in timely fashion and with appropriate personalization. The thing that was most refreshing was their very prompt responsiveness so that you never felt that you were out there on your own. Would definitely utilize their services again.

The quality of my previous order was really bad, however Emily at the Customer Service department was very kind and helpful, so I've decided to place one more order. I hope that this one will be much better.
I ordered mugs in 2021 and have washed them multiple times -- the imprint was into the mug and they have held up great. Just ordered 24 new mugs (and spent $414) and they came with a cheap sticker on them that was destroyed by my home dishwasher. Just horrible quality and they have no indication that they changed their process to use a sticker on the exact same mug. Customer Service has given me a run-around! They post no negative reviews on their website, so I can tell you they ignore all customer complaints! DO NOT SHOP HERE... a complete scam and cheap products (Feb 2023). They won't issue a full refund for their new cheap product! Why would they change from a great imprinted product to a cheap product?! Why don't they show any of their critical reviews?! Too many complaints here.

Very dissatisfied. I was meant to receive a shipment by 12/8. As of 12/10, it had not yet been shipped. On 12/8, after a long chat with customer service, i was told someone would email me to work through the issue. I followed up on the 9th, and no one reached back out to me. I called again on 12/10, and all they could do was refund the rush fee i already paid for. This is not the only order that was late, but the most egregious...
Good thing is, on my search for the perfect gift ides in the Internet, I read about glass notes and stumbled upon Discountmugs.com. Their collection of drink ware and especially engraved glassware fascinate me. But even more surprising is how much affordable a lovely piece of glassware can be from Discountmugs.com. I ordered a piece of glassware and had it etched with my personal message, a love note. I gave it to my then bride-to-be and she almost cried out of happiness.
Since I had a confusing order with special requirements I called the company via their TF number and reached Johanna. She explained the process, took the order, and placed all ten items in system correctly the first time. I have not have received the bags or cups yet, but the whole process has been made very easy by her. Thanks Johanna for your help.
I run a marketing business, which means tight deadlines and strict branding parameters. After ordering an item from discountmugs.com, I received an email saying they were out of stock of the product. I was disappointed and somewhat frustrated at this news because I needed the products in just a few days. Luckily, when I called I spoke with Samantha who was extremely helpful in assisting me with a resolution to the issue. Because of her service, I will receive a similar product in the timeframe I needed it and it will match the company's branding specifications.
This was my first time ordering from discountmugs.com and I will most definitely use them again because of Samantha's excellent customer service.
The sales rep Charlie went above and beyond to assist me. He took a great deal of time and paid attention to detail. He created several mock up proofs of my customized item before he even sent it to the art department. Definitely will work with DiscountMugs again for my firms marketing and promotional items.
Placed order, reviewed cart and cost. After putting in payment, my receipt came up double. Now I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money returned. They sounded very familiar with this happening when I called to question and cancel.
I would have given them 0 stars if I could. PayPal doesn't work on their website and when you talk to customer service they do absolutely nothing to help all they do is try to sell you faster shipping and repeatedly ask you to pay for your order with no way of actually doing it
I ordered 500 logo pens to be used as promotional giveaways. I happened to start using one, and after a few days most of the logo rubbed off. I complained to them, including sending pictures. Well they are stonewalling me about a refund or replacement. I had used them a few years ago successfully... something is wrong now... I suspect new management (?).
I bought 59 blank silver travel mugs in september of this year and loved the high quality of the products. Because their prices are so low, I have to admit I expected the quality to be cheap and was pleasantly surprised! They are great mugs that worked perfectly for my event. They made me a lifetime customer and I am def. Going to purchase from them again soon.
8/2 ordered glasses and boxes for glasses for daughter's bachelorette party. Impressed when I saw they had shipped and to be delivered on 8/8. Fed Ex guy delivered my package into my hands. When I saw one box I asked where are the two boxes that were in my shipment notification. He said one box shipped (one box delivered). So I opened figuring that maybe they were light. Well I got a bunch of bubble wrap and 12 small boxes for over $100. I chatted and I called and these idiots never got I only received one box and it wasn't the most important part! I needed the glasses. They kept insisting your order "was delivered" and I tell them again yes but only the boxes, even providing them with pictures. Promised call backs, promise to put back in production since I needed them by 8/18 but nothing, dead air so my credit card company will take care of it. Buyer beware, these people suck!
I ordered a bunch of water bottles from this company to sell in a fundraiser for my nonprofit arts organization. A couple weeks after distributing the bottles I got multiple complaints that the graphics were rubbing off and bottles were leaking. I attempted to contact customer service via their online chat, email and phone but was ignored. Finally a colleague got through but the "grace period" had passed; the company requested a photo of 5 bottles together showing a leak! As the bottles had been shipped far and wide to various people around the state and country, this was impossible. They didn't even address the crummy job they did printing the graphics which was unreadable within a month of getting the bottles.
Sadly for the company, this was a trial run for future projects building up our organization's swag program, so they missed out on far more opportunities to make money.
More than 4 weeks and we still don't have our simple order. Web site promised 2 weeks. Information from them vague and late. Would not recommend buying from them, especially if you are a seasonal business.

I purchased 36 mugs from this site on 12-8-09 to be delivered on 12-22. They were for office christmas gifts. The mugs arrived 12-30, the logo on the mug was the wrong color and there was a dusting of ink on all of the yellow mugs making them appear in need of washing. I submitted several customer service tickets starting 12-31. They finally agreed to replace the order on 1-7 with delivery on 1-18. I naturally was not happy with this as christmas was well past. I do not recommend this company unless you are able to order several weeks ahead and allow time for delayed shipping. They refused to overnite the second shipment even though this was their error and it was so very late to begin with. Their customer service procedure was ineffective and cumbersome to work with as they are not equipped to handle most types of images. It seems a company that works with images as they do would have better IT support in place. DONT USE!
Answer: The imprint will wash off in the dishwasher, or if hot liquid is in mug for a few minutes may come off on your hand.
