Let me start by saying Designer Discreet is the best website to purchase high quality replicas designer Merchandise. I've purchase many items from them, but my favorite purchase is the LV backpack. Every where I go I get so many compliments on the backpack. The only negative thing I have to say is the shipping takes awhile, so I suggest when you placing an order to have them ship by DHL. You might have to pay a little bit more for the shipping. But it's worth it.
My contact was Stella, she kept me updated on my purchase, she was very patient with me, because I was worried how long it was taking to receive my items.
I choose to use DHL for the shipping of my backpack and I got it in less than a week.
My other items I choose standard shipping, so that took awhile.

I'm from the UK and had never purchased from Designer Discreet before. I was nervous about using the WU service as I am unsure what protection I would get - if any at all! But the communications by email was efficient and although my bag was held at customs for a week or so (apparently normal?) and I had to pay about £20 charge (also normal), I received my Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM bag in wonderful packaging.
I have had many compliments and I would highly recommend this website.

The designer-discreet.ru site was really good and options were excellent. To be honest i had read a number of reviews and was really nervous especially at paying WU.

That said sometimes you just need to take a punt, and i did. I purchased the LV Kleber and its is fantastic. When i paid by WU to be honest after reading the reviews i thought what have I done! But after i was notified by WU that my payment had been collected i got an email from DD and my bag was shipped via EMS 4 days later.

Arrived in a perfect box with carry bag etc all as promised. To be honest i just cannot fault the bag it really is amazing!

I've purchased two bags so far from Designer Discreet. The first, in June- a Gucci Marmont in off white. Paid around £350 including shipping to the UK for the bag and when I eventually received it, I was delighted with it. The delay in shipping was due to customs wanting the brand owner' to inspect the bag, a total of 7 weeks I had to wait (not Dd's Fault...) however the thing that really impressed me was that this bag cleared a customs authentication procedure. That tells me the bag is a pretty decent replica, beside the fact that I can see that for myself. Even compared the real/replica side by side in Selfridges and I honestly couldn't tell them apart.

My more recent purchase was a Valentino Noir Rockstud satchel. The shipping only took 10 days as it wasn't held by customs, so I was pretty pleased with that. The bag is made of the softest, smoothest leather and the studs seem well stuck in place (although you get some replacement studs in with the bag, just in case) my sister has an authentic Valentino and she loves mine (i'm not telling her it's a replica;-))

Not the cheapest replicas around, but you get what you pay for...

Ordered a Lady Dior, came in pretty fast, decent quality but with missing shoulder strap and warranty card. Contacted customer service, they said strap was surely included and maybe got lost at customs inspection. As I did pay the extra 50USD amount for shipping insurance (to cover issues with customs) I've requested a new strap to be shipped. Reply: send us 55 USD and we'll send it to you.
Not going to pay twice for the same, will never buy again from this site

I was a dedicated buyer for 5 years for my growing collection. Then I purchased an LV Artsy. After a 9 week wait my bag arrived. The handle was so poorly made I couldn't use it. I let them know of the deficiency immediately and they proclaimed they will not produce this bag anymore so there is no option to exchange for a proper one. After going back and forth, there was no resolve. A year later I see they are still selling the Artsy. When I contacted them they said there's nothing they can do as too much time has gone by. They offered for me to repurchase the same bag at 50% off, which they thought was a very generous. I've spent a lot of money with this company and felt undervalued and so, I do not recommend them.

I live in Florida USA. I was very skeptical about purchasing one of their product because of some bad experiences I have had on other sites. However, I took a chance, and I'm so glad I did. I own a couple of authentic Celine handbags and I couldn't believe the attention to detail from their replica. It's absolutely perfect. No one would even be able to tell the difference between the replica and the authentic handbag. They gave me great communication all through the process. They promptly updated me on the entire process. I will most definitely be purchasing from Designer-Discreet again.

This is an update on Lie Alert( about the replacement insurance). I received my bags and the are excellent quality. DD customer service was great! Cynthia tried to reassure me that my bags will be resent and they did. I will be definitely ordering from them again! I am updating from a one star to a four star because the quality is great and the communication was great. I took off one star because of the length of time it took to get bag but DD can't control customs. They honored their insurance policy and resent bags in my opinion that is a five star business! Secondly, I was very skeptical about purchasing one of their handbags due to some of the bad experiences others have had. However, I took a risk, and my goodness I'm so glad I did. I own a couple of authentic Gucci handbags and I couldn't believe the attention to detail from replica. It's absolutely perfect. No one would even be able to tell the difference between the replica and the authentic handbag. DD communication did display an obvious language barrier. But it wasn't an issue. I have ordered so many items from Designer Discreet and adore this site! The items I have purchased (mostly LV, Celine, & Chloe) are legitimately the exact same as the real thing- I have even counted the amount of threads in the real and compare it to the bag I have received! Yes there's a chance your item may get lost in transit, but I personally have never had an issue minus twice when I had to pay a customs fee! There customer service is good considering the distance and language barrier. They always follow up with me to make sure I am happy with what I receive! I have recommended this site to my close girlfriends who only purchase authentic, and will continue to do so!

I noticed the main reviews for this site are under designerdiscreet.to on sitejabber not designer-discreet.cn so I'm not sure if I'm leaving this review in the right spot? I paid for and was delivered four items within two weeks.

The time frame for the order was better than I expected based on other people's reviews. I paid for shipping insurance which was offered on the checkout page since I was worried I might not get it but faced no problems luckily. I spoke with their customer service on wechat and it was straightforward. Overall I am very impressed and will buy again!

Do not waste your money on them! Very bad customer support and worse of all? I paid £300 for my handbag and never received it! Customs confiscated it and Designer Discreet did nothing to help. Do not bother customs will confiscate the parcel and you'll lose your money!
DD will reply below this comment and talk all about their insurance and how they can not control what happens when parcel crosses the border etc So here's a suggestion: 1. Inform first time buyer like myself about the risks and suggest insurane (which of course can not exclude the fact that the parcel may be confiscated AGAIN!) 2. If you value the reputation of your company replace my lost goods 3. Treat people whi trusted you with their money with respect! Help out!

I bought a bag about 6 weeks ago and NEVER received it. I had to try and trace the parcel down (no help whatsoever from Designer discreet! They in fact where telling me that I HAD RECEIVED the parcel and signed for it while the parcel was at customs! Bongus!) and I finally found out that customs have got the parcel and will not release it because it contains a counterfeit product. Of course Designer discreet did not reply to my email for help. Noone told me that I could buy an insurance but judging from other people who reviewed here and elsewhere and had the same problem like me, the insurance was another waste of money. I paid a lot of money for that bag at none seems to be able to help me. Customs said that they are on high alert of counterfeit products coming from China and do not allow them in. Is there any way I can get my parcel? Please someone help me!

Bottom line: DO NOT ORDER from Designer Discreet you will lose your money as they offer no support in case your bag is held at customs and in all probability customs will not let it in any way!

I purchased a gorgeous bag and the quality was truly equal to my authentic version. I cannot tell a difference, so I am very pleased! I really appreciated the attention to detail and value for money, as these replica bags still are not cheap, I didn't know what quite to expect. But after reading reviews and emailing them I took the plunge and now can't wait for my next order. As far as communication and customer service goes, it far exceeeded my expectations. Any time I would email them I would have a response later that day. They were super friendly and trustworthy too, sending preshipment photos as I requested. Thank you! :)
