Absolutely love this company! Everything they offer is unique and handmade! I check their site constantly for new items and deals! I just want to say that darn good yarn is awesome! I have already received and finished knitting my first box! The yarn was honestly the softest thing I have ever felt in my life and that's what made knitting it so enjoyable. One thing I would say though is that the first box's knitting pattern makes the cowl curl up on the sides. It would have been nice to be warned of this in the pattern directions, but I guess I should have known since it was a purl/knit pattern! All in all though, 5 stars and I can't wait for my next box!

Darn Good Yarn has lots of beautiful yarn. They have lots of patterns to compliment the yarn as well. I subscribe to the monthly box and have received some yarn that I otherwise would not have purchased. It let's me step out of my yarn comfort zone without spending tons of money. Their customer service is excellent as well. They are very quick to try to fix any issue. They definitely like to keep their customers happy.

I love their Yarn of the Month Club and the Sari Skirts but I love their customer service most of all. They are so nice. I made a mistake on an order, didn't realize it until it was getting ready to ship out. I called them and sent an email (it was the weekend and they weren't open). I received an email from them first thing Monday morning letting me know they had corrected my mistake. Yippee! Thank you Kate! Now I'm waiting for my order to arrive!

I loved my first darn good yarn of the month box. It included yarn, crochet hook and knitting needle set and it came with a mystery gift that I absolutely love. The yarn was super soft. I can't wait for next months box.

Such nice quality yarns and a nice variety of high quality fibers. The Yarn Of The Month Box is suuuper fun too! I highly recommend you check them out. The facebook group for their monthly box is one of my favorite social media pages as well. My husband ordered the introductory box for me for my birthday in January. It came in a timely manner and I enjoyed what I received. I was excited to get the next box! He was charged for February's box on I believe the first week of February and by March 1st it had not been fulfilled. He reached out through email and was told there was an issue with their merchandiser and the box would come as soon as that was resolved. That's okay but in the mean time he's about to be charged for the March box with no indication when we would receive the February box. And they didn't offer to delay the subscription or give a coupon for our delay. I don't know anyone in their right mind who would be okay being charged twice and not receiving product.

The box it came in is purple with several great quotes on it, such as, "My yarn and I are similar. As it unwinds, I do too." I was excited to subscribe to the DarnGood Yarn monthly subscription. The introductory box came in a timely manner. The next-September- billed my credit card on the 1st and, here it is, the 26th and it has not shipped. E-mails with customer service were filled with promises of "shipping by Friday" but unfulfilled. A lovely idea, but you can't take people's $$ and not send the goods!

We honestly don't add fake reviews, but we do ask our customers if they would like to leave a review and we have some pretty happy customers. May I ask, did you see reviews that looked especially fake, or were you on another site that stated something about fake reviews? We encourage all our customers to leave a review, and even the bad ones get reviewed as they really help us make sure we are as good as we can be. If you have any feedback I'd love to hear it. Especially sites like Yelp, we actually can't anything regarding Yelp reviews.
