I love my skirts and purse that I ordered! I was so surprised at the quality! I don't ever wear skirts, but I thought I might give them away for gifts. After seeing them. NOPE! I'm in " treat-yoself" mode! I also feel good about helping other women, and the environment!
I can't say how much I love DGY! I have had the Yarn of the Month subscription for almost 2 yrs and I buy items frequently from them from skirts, fabric, buttons, yarn of course, and move! I have NEVER been disappointed! If an order of messed up the fix it in record time! They are also very nice and follow up. I have yet to have a bed experience with them! Thank you DGY for not just having great customer service but for all the good you do from employee people locally with special needs to help artisans in other countries make a living to recycling and reusing! I joined the yarn of the month and purchased a yarn bowl. Shipping was fast and products were just a promised. Service and follow up is awesome. I had an issue with a coupon and it was addressed and honored promptly! I love Darn Good Yarn!

I placed an order for a yarn bowl and a monthly yarn subscription on 3/13/2018. After a few weeks, I checked my order status through my account and said Paid, shipping status preparing for shipment. I sent an email asking for an update, Claire apologized for delay and said it would ship that week, 3/30/19. It is 4/17/18, status still says preparing for shipment. When I inquire, Claire and Nicole still say sorry for the delay, will ship this week. Todays email was asking to cancel my order and my subscription and asking for a full refund for an I never received. Well see...

I have NEVER been disappointed by anything I've ordered from DARN GOOD YARN - crafting and jewelry supplies, recycled silk wrap skirts (I have at least four), and the yarn. Oh the yarn... An incredible selection of different fibers in brilliant colours and textures, many recycled fibers, all sustainable products. This company supports the individual artisans who produce the many recycled products in areas where it means a great deal; I admire that so much! They also sell (and often feature many for free - always on Fridays) crochet and knitting patterns designed to work especially well with their unusual yarn fibers.

I couldn't believe how beautiful my 5 skirts and to my surprise they are reversible so 10 skirts! I hesitated buying because I live in Canada and the exchange rate makes them more pricey BUT they are worth every penny. Gorgeous fabric and colours!

I ordereded a mystery skirt and the skirt I received is amazing. This sale is for neutral color skirts because they mostly receive requests for colored and jewel colored skirts. I requested an ankle length skirt that was deep brown, cream or with fall colors in a shiny or shiny polka dot accent material. The skirt is a beautiful chocolate brown and looks more copper in natural light. The border has fall color peacock accents. The inside layer of the skirt is cream with a chocolate geometric pattern. The ladies who pick the skirts have good taste!

I saw this company on Facebook because a girlfriend had liked it. I am a fanatic for East Indian fabric and clothing, so I immediately went to the site and decided I couldn't wait to do things online, I needed to CALL! An amazing young lady named Ayani called me immediately, and she was excellent help and a gracious young lady as well. I placed and order or 2 ankle length adult skirts and just received them yesterday. I am still floating on air! The quality is amazing, and the colors are from heaven itself! Exactly what I had hoped for. I' about to call them back today to order more skirts! I was going to give the first order to a friend for Christmas, and I still will, but now I need some for ME!

Darn Good Yarn is great company to do business with. They pay attention to what you say you want when ordering skirts. They ship quickly and their skirts are so pretty and comfortable to wear. I have ordered from them multiple times and would definitely recommend them. I haven't ordered yarn from them, but I'm tempted to start crocheting again just so I can buy yarn and patterns from them.

I hadn't knitted in several years, i saw the ad on Facebook and thought this could be a way to get back into it so a am getting the box once a month with a project and yarn. It has the instructions in both knitting and crocheting. I haven't crocheted before but want to learn. Yay!

Love these skirts. Just ordered 5 more, total now 15, for my girls. They are beautiful and my girls love the versatility. This last order had one skirt with noticeable spots/stains/discolorations. They are made from recycled saris but these spots made the skirt unwearable. After sending pictures via email they are sending a replacement. Couldn't be happier with customer severe both here and when I had a problem with yarn from their subscription box. Very pleased and will continue to order.
We appreciate you writing this review and for letting us know about your last order. We are definitely trying our best to check on the skirts quality before being shipped but there are cases that we missed. I honestly noticed that we have less concerns about customers getting damage skirts lately and I'm so proud and happy for the effort of these lovely people in the warehouse. Yay! I ordered one wrap skirt and was a little nervous about not seeing it. It was a clearance one so I wasn't expecting great colors. It's beautiful! Teals and blues are my absolute favorites. I just ordered 3 more.
