I gave this company every opportunity to resolve my issue before resorting to writing this review. Unfortunately, multiple defective printers and broken refund promises leave me no choice. Here's what happened:

In August 2024, I purchased a printer from them, which arrived over a week later. Upon setup, I discovered the printer was locked with a security PIN that prevented me from networking it or changing any settings. After countless emails, they admitted the PIN had been changed from the default, and they had no way of retrieving it. I had to repack the printer and ship it back via FedEx at my own inconvenience.

They promised to send a replacement, which arrived a couple of weeks later—only to discover that the second printer didn't even power on. Once again, I had to go through the hassle of repacking and sending it back. This time, I was assured a quick and full refund.

That was over a month ago. Since then, all I've received are excuses, and now Kevin Revarb (CopyFaxes Sales Manager) has stopped responding entirely. I've had to file a claim with my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but CopyFaxes / Refurb Experts has earned every bit of this one. Save yourself the headache—shop elsewhere.

My existing workhorse printer went bad so needed to replace with the same model due to system issues. After doing some research, and seeing all the positive reviews, ordered a remanufactured replacement form CopyFaxes.
Really good experience, even though needed some help on back end. New my install would be tedious, reach out, they promptly guided me to a fix of my issue. The sale, help after sale and promptness gives me no reservation in giving a 5* rating. Thanks

Ordered a multifunction printer from this site and thought I was saving about $25 bucks over everyone else. After I placed the order and they had billed my credit card, I received an email requesting that I contact them about the order. Upon doing so I was informed that the Canon I had ordered was not in stock, in fact they stated that no one in North America had the printer in stock. Called BS on this, requested a refund and successfully placed an order within an hour with another vendor. Long story short, they tried to sell me another, more expensive printer than what was advertised by them, and lied about stocks for other merchants in an attempt to keep me on their site. Most dishonest group I've run across in a long time, and will not recommend or use them for anything in the future. Buyer Beware.

He contacted me after placing the order to confirm that I purchased the item I wanted and helped to find the right ribbons that I would need for the typewriter in the near future. It's a Christmas Gift for my daughter and he was so helpful in getting my purchase to me as soon as possible. Item arrived in excellent condition. Thank you Sy for helping me to play Santa! Copyfaxes shipped me a badly packaged, broken printer. An accessory was also missing. They were uncooperative and aggressive when I called to discuss. I returned the printer and they finally made a partial refund. After numerous emails, they finally agreed to make full refund, but weeks later they have still not issued it.

They get you in with the parts and then price gouge you. They sound really good over the phone but they dont care. Trust me I know, I ordered 4 printers from them, it had a bad drum they wouldn't replace. They tell you one price over the phone and then change it on the invoice and wont credit you. Si/Kevin

I have tried 3 times to order an "in stock" printer only for them to sit on my payment for 2 weeks and then try to upsell me a printer more than twice the price. They bait and switch. False advertising crooks and scam artists. I even called to place an order only to have them send me an email that was guaranteed to trip the spam filter telling me to call them back. They said they are out of stock, but they have a printer for and they have a printer for only $175 more (toner sold separately for another $250). I said I would wait and Cy told me that my first choice is no longer available in the US. Liars, cheaters, and crooks.
The bad reviews are from customers. The good reviews are from employees.

PURCHASED REBUILT HP COLOR LASER PRINTER FROM COPYFAXES.COM AND COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED. ORIGINAL SHIPMENT HAD DEFECTIVE PIC WHEELS AND THEY IMMEDIATELY REPLACED THE ENTIRE UNIT. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SATISFACTION CANNOT BE BEAT. BEST ONLINE PURCHASE I'VE MADE IN OVER 28 YEARS. I TRUST THIS COMPANY AS WELL AS THEIR OFF-SITE SERVICE VENDOR
