Cool Frames

I'd give zero stars. Their lenses are crap and they don't take responsibility for their unacceptable lenses. No ability to return without losing half of what you pay for restocking and lens non-refundable fees. Their customer service is worthless. Beware and know that these are not optometrist level lenses. They'll give you a migraine and make your head spin. Completely useless product!

My glasses took almost a month to arrive (over 3 weeks). No information or communication regarding delay even though I was well past the 4-10 business day processing time. When my glasses finally did ship, my tracking info was never updated. I had to call the call center for an update.

The glasses are great though and perfectly done, exactly what I ordered and the price was right.

Overall I would recommend Cool Frames for top quality frames and lenses but retailer/consumer communication left a bit to be desired.

I have not been able to find Costa Manta sun glasses since they stopped making them. I ordered through cool frames and called around and actually found a pair! I have had my old pair for 8 years and they were falling apart. These are the only sun glasses that fit my small face and no others will do. I have my new pair and am so happy!

Needed an emergency pair of frames to replace my sons broken frames and could only find the exact replacement on cool frames. I ordered them with the rush delivery option and they got here just in time for our vacation.

I like the 'Cool Frames' website because it allows me to find the frames I want quickly and without fuss. The selection of frames is extensive and well presented. Customer service is quick to answer any questions I have. I also like the pricing structure. The price and other pertinent information are clearly presented so I'm never confused as to what I'm getting or how much I'm being charged. I like that.

A little bit of delay in processing my two frames (10 calendar days) but the shipping was superfast and received the order 2 days earlier than expected!
The Customer Service is also very helpful, nice and prompt.
Keep it up like this guys!

My wife broke her glasses just before vacation and the team at Cool Frames moved mountains in order to get glasses shipped as fast as finally possible.

The best case scenario was the day before we left, but somehow, they arrived two days before we left.

I've been eager and waiting for a chance to leave a review and I'm so pleased to give a shout out to such fantastic service that rescued us from a difficult situation.

Just got my 400 plus dollar order and my lenses were not wrapped... just fell out of the box onto the gravel... had a very rude experience with rep * who basically accused me of lying and informed me she was the only one with phone access at Cool Frames when I asked to speak to a supervisor. I will never use this company again.

Shopping experience was easy enough however Canadians should note that if you order off the.ca website, the product still ships from the USA not Canada, so factor in duty costs.

Ordering was easy, and price was excellent. The order fulfillment and delivery of the frame kept me wondering, as little update or tracking information are given. After all Ingot what I ordered on an excellent price and within a good lead time.

I needed a replacement sunglass clip-on that my optician no longer carried. She was able to track it down on Cool Frames and gave the the model number I needed. They even had a discount code! Easy shopping and check out and got the sunglass clip as expected. Packed very carefully with bonus hard shell case!

It was great to find the corresponding sunglasses clip for an old pair of glasses but it was expensive...about 3 times what the original shades went for when US exchange rate factored in. Delivery was relatively prompt.

I was having purchasing issues from a website, but after reaching out to them, the issue was resolved. I am excited to get my new glasses in the mail. I have purchased three pair in the past and I recommend them to anyone.

I never received a confirmation email for my order so I had to contact customer service. They gave me the order number but I could not look up my order on the website. They had my name wrong and my email address and I double checked everything when I entered it. I had to contact CS multiple times and was finally sent all of the information for my order. I received the glasses about 3 weeks after placing the order.

I am in the UK and I cannot recommend Cool Frames highly enough, they are brilliant.
I purchased a pair of frames saving approx £130.00 on the Uk price. My optician will be able to put my lenses in. As my order was under the threshold there was no duty or tax to pay and delivery was free…amazing thank you 🤩

From start to finish, it went perfect! I was bit hesitant to order on line, but it was the exact frame I had previously had. The entire process took less than a week and I'm wondering why I didn't do this years ago.

Was fast and good customer services and the product was the same as I saw in the website. Excellent quality.
