Recently had a small problem with some Derek Cardigan's with magnetic clip-ons. The finish on one set of clip-ons had peeled away. Originally diagnosed as "wear and tear" they later changed their diagnosis and replaced not only the clip-ons, but also the glasses. Am very pleased at the over service. Thanks Clearly!
I have ordered twice now and so happy with the service! Easy to order and quick delivery all from the comfort of my home! My last order came with some gummy bears, nice touch! I also always get a new contact case. Highly recommend using Clearly for your eyeglass and contact needs!
Overall the experience was great. Site easy to use and navigate. My only feedback is I miss the service you receive once you get your glasses. My frames need to be adjusted as they don't fit correctly but the retail store is far and so I haven't gotten them properly fitted yet.
This is the fourth time I've ordered my contacts via Clearly. They are the same quality I have come to rely on and they arrived within a few days of ordering. Bonus, once again, I've never had an issue submitting a claim to my benefits provider for partial reimbursement of the costs.
I ordered these glasses for computer work. The price was OK but the frames are a bit too light weight. Not sure how they will last taking them off and on so often. Shape and color are fine. Lenses seem OK for the intended use.

This was my first experience ordering glasses online and it was excellent from start to finish. Loved being able to try the glasses on virtually. The only difficulty was finding frames that were small enough for my face. I will definitely be a return customer.

I have a small face and strong prescription, so finding frames that fit are a challenge. The ones I selected from the website were not suitable so I contacted the call centre. The customer service rep reviewed my choices and based on my measurements suggested a few others that did not appear in my search. The frames she recommended fit me well, which is why I am keeping them. I am sorry I did not write down the agent's name, as she was very helpful, patient and friendly. I had a positive experience. I tried a trial pack and fell in love with this Brand.
Immediately I could feel the superior fit and comfort. I ordered a 90 pack as a result and haven't regretted it in any way.
I can wear these all day long without my eyes getting tired or irritated.
As I result, I wear now wear contacts more often; which is great for me, as I do a lot of outdoor activities where wearing eyeglasses is less than optimal.
I loved Clearly for a while until I need to do an exchange. I should get $107.6 back but only $47. When I called sales rep 1 to make an exchange, she told me to take a refund and then place a new order, which is easier than exchanging it. She went over the calculations and told me I should get $107.6 back for the items I returned. However, the refund came out to be only $47. Called sales rep 2 and she went over calculations more than 3 times, each time with a different amount just to make sense of the $47 refund I got. She didn't help at all of recognizing the issue. Now I get the same product but for $63.6 more.

I chose Canada post for my delivery option and got home to fed ex just leaving my package on the ground by my door. Thankfully it wasnt stolen. I do not want Purolator or fed ex because there service is awful

We have been purchasing glasses for 10 years now and our last purchase has left rethinking buying from them again. After phoning and complaining about the coating they recommended was faulty, they returned money, but not the amount we paid. All we wanted was glasses replaced but they had no idea how to do that. After spending hours on the phone this is still not resolved. Still waiting for them resolve.
I decided to buy my Glasses online for the first time. The experience did not disappoint. During these difficult times with the pandemic and reduced income in our house hold you need to shop wisely. Ordering my glasses was very easy to do, from flowing how to pick out and post my prescription was easy to do. I got my new glasses in 2 weeks they fit perfect and I love them. Lots of compliments & I even have raved how being a first time buyer that I got a nice discount. A couple of other friends were so impressed with my positive experience they too are going to buy theirs online too. Our insurance company also accepted the purchase so I got my glasses free as our coverage was more than I paid for my glasses. I paid upfront the sent in my receipt and a week later got my refund from them. Only down side is there were so many frames I wanted it was hard to decide which ones I liked best.

I found their site, and got glasses with my prescription shipped across the country and delivered 4 days after ordering for $64!
I was in shock and expected a low quality product... Well, I was wrong... They are phenomenal.

Clearly was amazing from beginning to end, they let me know my contacts would need only a few extra days to ship, so I asked them if I could pay for express shipping and they upgraded it for free and I got it in three days from BC to Newfoundland. Wonderful customer service. This was my first time using them and will definitely be using them for the remaining future. Great prices too, easy to use website.

I had a disappointing experience with Clearly.ca when I purchased a pair of prescription glasses. Unfortunately, the lenses repeatedly popped out of the frame, causing a major inconvenience. I reached out to Clearly to explain the issue with the frame, hoping for a resolution. To my dismay, they declined my claim and refused to either fix the problem or provide a replacement pair of glasses. This experience left me very dissatisfied, and I would caution others against spending their money with Clearly.ca.
Received my order of contacts earlier than expected, overall I am very satisfied with my experience. The fact that the free delivery is only after 99$ and contacts for 90 days are slightly cheaper than that mark is a little bit disappointing to me. I do understand that this is a way of having people order more items, but it is definitely frustrating. I will probably order again sometime later but there are definitely things related to delivery(that 99$ limit) that I would like to be different.

I have used Clearly for many years now, and would not change. Love the glasses the prices and there service! It really is an easy site to follow! My husband and I have just had 6 pairs of glasses, progressive, readers and distance, all are amazing fashionable and very low priced. Perfect styles and fit, would not shop anywhere else!
I have been ordering contacts from clearly.ca for years. I reordered. Week ago. So far no notice of delivery.
I called the contact number only to learn they have no clue when my order will be shipped.
The usual service level was 2 days.
I will stop referring them to anyone.
I recently purchased just some sale glasses for my sons, Clearly's website made things very affordable for a low income household! This is likely where I'll get their glasses from now on, they're more durable than our optometrist, even the cases and beautiful boxes everything came in for such a low price. It made getting glasses for my children a lot more affordable and obtainable.
Answer: Hi Dan - what you're seeing is the pre-authorization hold being taken and released so we can actually take the payment upon shipping out. On a regular credit card this is pretty invisible (a pending payment becomes an actual charge), but because the only way to apply a pre-authorized hold of funds on a credit-debit is to have the processor remove them from the bank balance and hold them between your account and Clearly's, it looks more like a charge, refund, charge. In either case, Clearly only receives the funds the one time once the order ships out!

If the prescription is correct, one more piece of information you want to verify is the PD (Pupillary Distance), as it is not always showing on the prescription. If it is not, and the PD is showing 63mm (or 31.5/31.5) on our receipt, this means the PD by default may have been entered when placing the order. This measurement is important as it allows us to cut and place the lenses in the frame in order for your eyes to focus right at the middle of the lens, to ensure comfortable and perfect vision. If the PD was incorrect, or if you're experiencing eye strain despite a correct PD, please contact our customer service team at 1-866-414-2326, or via chat or email through our website with your order information. We'd love the chance for them to trouble-shoot the issue and help with any adjustment if necessary. - SH
