Answer: It seems like a legitimate company, but this experience shows that they don't value their customers in a legal and ethical way. I would be happy to receive proof of them honoring their mistakes in this transaction and righting it. Mistakes happen. Pretending I don't exist any more, and am not satisfied with the product I paid for that was never shipped out to me, is not acceptable. I received the order confirmation, and they said we will send you the shipping confirmation. I'm going to go ahead and say this is definitely scam like behavior.

Answer: It may not be everyone else's experience, but I find Cleanse and Co crystals to be over overpriced and the quality of the crystals is average at best. Don't be fooled by their marketing and pretty instagram feed. I would recommend buying a crystal which shows a photo of the exact item you're buying. There are plenty of great crystal sellers on Etsy and their reviews accurately reflect the quality of their service. I have been disappointed many times by Cleanse and Co crystals which have been "picked intuitively" for me.
