I'm not very technology literate, so hopefully I've done this correctly! I received my order, but one of the 4 ornaments was broken. I believe I will be (or have been) refunded 25% of the original cost.
I can't find this size and colour glass ornament anywhere. So these are great. The only problem is every single one was damaged. Scratched where the packaging rubs against them. They were not packaged well. If I wasn't painting over, I'd be more upset. But they are what I need.
I looked everywhere for 4" frosted glass ornaments. These were the only ones I found. They were a bit pricey, but okay. The Bowes were a bit mangled when I received them but the ornaments we unharmed. I'm just happy I found 4" white glass ball ornaments!
I have ordered many table top trees from Christmas Central and been very satisfied. I use them year round for crafting. The delivery time is convenient and I have had one mis-delivery which was resolved quickly and easily. I will continue to watch the website for available inventory needed.
I purchased the gift bag organizer and ornament storage box. Both items are made with quality fabrics and are very sturdy.
The bag organizer has multiple areas so I can organize my bags by size or celebration type. It also has an area to hang tissue paper so it doesn't get wrinkly.
The ornament box has plenty of room for ornaments and separate larger sections for bigger items. You can also customize the size of the central ornament area, for big and small ornaments.
Love them both, highly recommend.
The experience was nice & they have pretty ornaments & unique items but they never emailed me my coupon code as promised when I signed up for email. In addition, the expensive item I just received is a Christmas village display is defective. The glued on items...a lot are crooked. I don't know how I may can fix it but maybe I can. They did not have another to send because it was after Christmas sale. However, they opted to refund my payment and not trouble me returning it. That was awesome customer service. I really feel that some of the beautiful ornaments I hoped for are marked up too high. So even after Christmas sale was too much. So bottom line, I will shop here again because they deemed to care and made it right. But I will have to wait for sales!
Ridiculous business, worst I've ever dealt with. Ordered $300+ ornaments for a project, I am a professional designer. Order placed 12/1/14 and I needed the items by 12/11/14. Saw on their shipping map that it will take 5 days to get the order, so I thought okay I have 6 days cushion for error. On 12/3/14, I received two separate shipping confirmations, one said the order was shipped UPS, the other that it was shipped USPS. They gave me a fake tracking number that was invalid for both UPS and USPS. Still have not received my items. I have called customer serve over 20 times, the phone is off the hook, I always get a busy signal. No response to my email and never have seen their live chat online. Stay away from these people. Is this even a real business. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal, I have opened a dispute and hopefully I will get my money back.
Have want to do this for a few years. Brother told me where his neighbor ordered banners, and how pleased neighbor is with the product. Ordered, box arrived, setup was easy. I was able to do this by myself. The cul-de-sac kids really like the Santa and rain deer. 4th of July - Halloween - here I come. Thank you.
Christmas lights I ordered came right on time, but they were defective. The customer service helpdesk was incredibly helpful, and sent me another string, but they didn't work either. I'm sending them back but I will definitely order from them again.
Although Christmas Central has great prices and great products, their delivery process is entirely too slow. I mean, I need the stuff before Christmas! I ordered Christmas Candles and a pack of bulbs over five days ago and the order is still awaiting fulfillment. Amazon and Walmart could have delivered quicker.
The company did refund my money for that strand, but it's very annoying to put up the lights (haven't used the other 2 strands yet), and have 20% of the lights go out (4 immediately) and 1 about 2 weeks later. And they're not on for very long at all when they are plugged in.

I recently received a Christmas nutcracker from Christmas Central that arrived in a badly damaged and poorly taped box. The nutcracker did not have any protective wrapping or at least inside a second box that would normally be shipped in. It was not an inexpensive nutcracker and was ordered for my granddaughter. The nutcracker itself was poorly made, glitter paint all over and glue runover on the seams, one shoe was crooked, and one of the drum mallets was broken. Needless to say I would not trust purchasing anything from this company again.
The poinsettia is so pretty. The colors are vivid and so realistic. I was looking for something Christmas related that I could display in a second story window that would offer visibility from the street. This fit the bill. I have had so many compliments on it. I am thoroughly please with my purchase.

Very happy to have found this site and will definitely use again and refer to friends. Items were packaged well to prevent breakage. Delivery was timely but I ordered several items which came in four shipments. It would have been helpful to have more updates on what was being shipped together and the Eta.
Ordered a christmas tree, it arrived a week later in a box that was cut in half, was open and had multiple punctured holes on each side. Tree was pre-lit so needless to say lots of lights didn't survive. There was no protective wrapping on the tree it was just stuffed inside the box and box looked like it was run over by a truck. Tried to return the tree, but its impossible to get a hold of anyone. Was told the return label takes 24-48 hours to be emailed. That changed to 5-7 business days after the initial 48 hours were over. Now over a week later still don't have the return label and damaged tree still sitting in its original box in my garage. Not sure what to do at this point. Take them to court? Anyone has any suggestions?

Love the ornaments available, was very happy to receive them until I opened the box and found mostly broken or very badly scratched ornaments. The box received had an insulting 3 pillow packs that might as well not been there. I contacted customer service for replacements which went very well and were received in much better condition.
The order arrived within the expected timeframe and perfect! I had looked at this fire engine fountain on another website, but it was about twice the price. I'm really happy with this and so is my retired firechief husband!
