I had never used this company before and was very hesitant about using them this time, however I needed some lights in bulk for a wedding venue. I was on a time line which is why I ordered them early. It seemed as though everything was going fine. The order was placed, it was shipped and I even got my tracking number that said the item had been delivered into my mailbox. Upon checking the mailbox there were no lights I then called the customer service line where they have no idea what happened and all they could do was offer me a refund or a replacement in which case I need these lights within a certain amount of time as mentioned before, to get ready to open the venue.The fastest shipping they could offer me was 3-5 business days which was not feasible so I took the refund instead. This will be the last time I ever order anything from them. Seems to me they could have done a better job of rectifying my problem by sending the item overnight at their expense. Very disappointed!
You were the only provider of 25-35 incandescent red and green lights! I haven't tried them because of illness during the holiday. You did not text me confirmation. Waited for order to arrive per shipping information, I called for update but customer service was closed. They arrived that day, I was pleased!
These wreaths are beautiful… no pics yet, but they fold easily for storage, and yet they are sturdy and very full. I am so excited to hang two of them on our barn doors! I'll try to send a pic when they're hanging up!
It took 15 days to receive my order I do not understand why especially being it is a holiday/seasonal item and the amount of items I am sure your company is use to shipping out. Then for it to be totally wrong. All 8 swags were the wrong size and style. Needless to say had to return all items and now will have to go a different route on decor due to can't reorder at this point from Christmas Central
Didn't like the tracking system has it didn't show up to date information on the parcel but it's arrived on time. I would say 2 days after I followed up. Other than that my daughter loves her gift. Also if you are in Canada the prices at USD.
I ordered the ornament online with no problems. It arrived relatively quickly by the estimated delivery date, in fine condition! Our tree was already up and decorated, but the St. Francis disc went right on the tree upon receipt!
I ordered a dozen "iced" succulents to compliment the turquoise, silver, and white decorations on my flocked Christmas tree. When I opened the carefully packed box, which was delivered timely, I was thrilled with the items inside. Expecting a good product, the quality was much better than anything I had shopped at craft stores. The price beat what I found at nearby, high end home and garden businesses. You don't always get quality and fair pricing at the same time. Christmas Central really delivered.
Really nice looking tree. I was pleasantly surprised since some fake trees look terrible. This one fluffed out very well and looks really great. Had to use lights on a white wire though. Probably should have gotten it pre-lit. Anyway the tree looks really nice and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a slightly antique metallic tree. Price is way less than most places too
Not did they have exactly the color ornaments I was looking for, they had multiple size and finish options AND were literally the only place online that offered it (burnt orange). Items were well packaged, received promptly, and solid quality. Will use again!
This is the second purchase I made. Order actually arrived a day sooner than I was originally told. The first burned out because I kept it on 24/7. It shines bright and does not get hot because the lights are LED. I'm considering ordering more.
Due to what they are calling a glitch and malfunction my order was cancelled. They advertised items on sale then decided to refund me due to the sale price being too heavily discounted. I will never purchase anything from this site again. Terrible way to do business. To make up for their mistake I was offered a whopping 10% discount if I subscribe to their annoying daily emails. BS. Never shopping with Christmas Central again.
I've been looking for a pop up Christmas tree for a while. I really liked that this one was undecorated, but still comes with lights so I can decorate it with my own theme.
Price was much lower than I found elsewhere, buying in January helped.
We've purchased a massive amount of Christmas decor for our business and it is fragile. Every time we have received an item damaged from shipping they have refunded promptly. And they don't ask us to ship back which is great b/c who has that kind of time?
If you're looking specifically for lighted window hangings, Christmas Central has a selection that you won't find in any store. I ran around an entire day to three different and found nothing. Went online and found Christmas Central and was astonished with the selection! Great shopping experience and quick delivery!
Stay away, do not order anything from Christmas Central. I ordered a nativity set that should have been delivered a week ago, tracking number says returning to sender, no idea why and Customer service unwilling to do anything resolve. Send a few Emails to this company, received zero resolutions and very little communication from them, disputed the charge and bought something elsewhere. Many other options/companies to purchase Christmas decorations, stay away from this one.

I shop regularly at Christmas Central. Most recently purchased I purchased Christmas lights. Website is easy to navigate, there is a wide selection of quality lighting and other products, and everything seems reasonably priced. Delivery took only two or three days and items were securely boxed. No problems whatsoever, I recommend Christmas Central for your holiday decorations!
I had a terrible experience with this company last year; same as everyone else, slow or missing shipments, fake tracking numbers, etc. This year I found the perfect Christmas stockings on Amazon. I saw that they were from Christmas Central, but I ordered them anyway. I thought that going through Amazon would make them more accountable but it has not.
Once again, shipping was to take 10 days, which is a LONG time in this day and age when same day shipping is available. A few days ago, I received a fake tracking number from them; same as last year. The items were supposed to arrive yesterday, 12/14, but didn't. Today I checked on Amazon, and they state that the delivery date is now 12/17. Christmas Central didn't notify me of this change. They haven't supplied Amazon with a tracking number.
I know Amazon will take care of me, but I really don't want a refund. I wanted my stockings in a timely fashion, before Christmas!
First off, the price was really good compared to other sites. As well, it was difficult to find a tall tree (10') but with a 5-6 foot base. The tree arrived quickly. We opened it up before packing it away for next year. I didn't get a chance to fluff it all the way through so I'm hoping it's as full as the pictures but the size and the height is perfectly what I was looking for. Very easy, no hassle transaction and worth the money!
Ordered early on monday and paid for 2 day ship. Order says it will not be here until Thursday. I contacted and got nothing but run around about policy. 2 days is 2 darn days not 4. They are terrible and warn you to stay away
Hello Ben. I'm sorry you are disappointed with your experience. Two days shipping refers to the time after the order is picked. As stated in our policies, it takes 1-2 days to pick an item (sometimes longer during peak Christmas season). I don't know what time you placed your order Monday, but it then takes two days to arrive after it is picked. This is standard procedure everywhere. Frustrated and upset customer. We ordered a 12 ft tree and the company only shipped 1 of 2 boxes. We called customer service to report we only received 1 box and wanted the other box shipped overnight since it was their mistake. Instead, they found the missing box and decided to ship it UPS ground. Then said we didn't request a priority shipping until it was already on the truck, which is a complete lie as we requested it the day before. I'm appalled at the CSR, Sarah T., who mentioned the company did nothing wrong. Good luck getting what you ordered and paid for. I will never use this company nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
