They reformatted this site one year ago and all the pages look different. Ever since they have made these changes, I have not had ONE single match and I've only had one profile view (In a whole year's time). I used to get several matches per week and two or three profile views per day. This is not the only website that does this, but you would expect a Christian website to be run more honestly.
Selling people on a site is a horrible idea! Let my mistake save you all money and heartache. Stay away from ChristianMingle! It's a giant money machine with no real women (not even a dozen of them!). My search is over now, I met the girl of my dreams on the other site. But I did lose plenty of time on ChristianMingle.
Don't waste your time and money on ChristianMingle scammers. They only want to chat and play mind games. So eventually they leave you high and dry: empty wallet, low self-esteem and mental discouragements. Definitely stay away from them!
Started a profile... submitted my pics... they suspended... yes - I am real and look great... Thought it was a fluke. Did the same with my work email. Same thing happened. Tried and tried and tried to find out why they suspended me. No response. I want to meet a good Christian like myself. Very disappointing. 'Tis not the Christian thing to do...
Every single smile I have gotten "over 100" and they immediately want to go offsite to "get to know me better". A real girl doesn't want to chat offline after a simple hello. I know phishing and scammers. Many get their profiles removed days later. Total waste of money.
I paid $149 to join and have not received one message from a bona fide user in over a month. Every time I go online there are very few new users and none of them in Las Vegas. (I mean only 1 or 2 new users a month from another part of the country) This site is a misrepresented scam! I am so upset I paid all that money for NOTHING! I get dates in real life but wanted someone of faith since my church is very small. Don't join this site, PLEASE!
People on here, girls in particular are just out looking to get some penis, guys want a relationship and an honest woman, but the women on here are just looking for sex! I have the best friend in the world and he deserved a good woman and she just played him like a fiddle. Proceed with caution.
Was on a few years ago and was much better.
Now nothing but fake smiles from supposed women 20 years younger and miles away. Customer service says has no control of who contacts you.
1 real person and if these people are real. I really feel for the social skills that have deteriorated. They ask a question, you respond and never hear from them again.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
Christian Mingle customer service is non responsive they don't have a working phone number. They do not give refunds, so do not waste your money. After you pay to scroll the site you will notice most of the people who are on the site within a 100 to 50 mile range are non active on the site. I would not consider this to be a Christian dating website and would not recommend to anyone.
I sign up for this site and paid for a month. After couple of weeks Of using this site I decided I don't want to continue paying monthly and will just use the remaining time I paid for, but that didn't happened as the site lock me out completely. I can't even change my password or anything it's not accepting the email I enter I know I'm using the right one. I didn't violate any of their rules or anything. I just think it's a scam once you don't want to pay for it anymore they kick you out of site right away even though you haven't use all the time you paid for. This site is not about helping someone find love is all about scamming money from people and that's not being Christian
Sean understood my complaint yet was adamant could do nothing else. I joined CM back in December and 85% of all men who contacted me through your forum were impostures. I was upset and disappointed as this never ended. I called to cancel and get reimbursed only to learn I had entered an automatic renewal just over a week earlier. They credited me for the one week renewal but not the 3 months of continual impostors since December. So so dissapointed with your operation
Online it says that this website is free, but it is in fact not. It almost crushed my friend's dreams, but luckily she's ok. I just think it's sad how this website sits on a throne of lies. False advertising is not ok. It's not a joke bro. (i would give this website no stars if it was an option)
Don't waste your money upgrading to the premium feature, its not worth it. The customer service is beyond terrible, there's no customer care number to call and good luck if they respond to your email. It's one big scam! The worse datin site ever and even the women on there barely respond cos most of them logged in several months ago no one barely gets online so can u talk to someone in realtime? Whack
If Las Vegas is the scam capital of the world, then, most certainly, Christian Mingle is the scam capital of dating sites! I have never in my life run across more fake profiles! The pictures of women are so obviously fake! However, the people posting them are so stupid, sometimes, they get pictures from other decades (like the 70's and 80's)! It is hysterical! Many responses I receive are from people from other countries with broken English. They all must be reading from the same script as well! Ten ladies that contacted me all were named "Lisa" and all of them were nurses in the U.S. Army! That is so pathetic, it is actually funny! Most "ladies" that contact me want my personal information immediately! I just laugh and block/ report them (not that it does any good). This is hardly a Christian website! This is hardly a site -- period! It is just a breeding ground for scam artists!
I provided all the information requested, but when the page requesting one to confirm one had read the terms and conditions one can't get any further. Clicking "continue" yielded, the check mark is cleared and one is asked to confirm again (an endless loop)
I literally had to change my credit cart and file for a fraud report to get these guys to stop billing me. They make it literally impossible to cancel their subscription. They are THIEVES! They will rob you blindly and make it impossible to get a refund. Report them to your banks for fraud.
The app doesn't work... Actually I'm offended as a Christian that they operate as they do and steal people's hard earned money. The profiles you see on the free side are exactly the same ones you see after you pay a RIDICULOUS amount for more profiles? REALLY? The app on Silver Singles is so much better. They match you with your preferences. AND there are Christians on that site. In my opinion Christian Mingle is a scam. They got my MONEY once but never EVER again. ****The only reason christian mingle received one star is I had to choose something. In my true opinion the get ZERO STARS*****
The site post pictures of people that's barely on the site. They have a very small audience and basically charging you for something they can deliver on.
This site will steel your information and use your profile to make it look like there are more members after you have deactivated and deleted your account. This caused me quite a lot of grief in my current relationship as you can imagine. This site is full of scam artists abs fake profiles. I wonder how many of the profiles are like mine that aren't active and we're removed by the owners only to later be put back up by the site to make it look like there are more users than there are. I wish I could give 0 stars
I was hoping to find someone that I am compatible with. I am 19 years old and live in AZ. I got one 23 year old from the Dominican Republic, but the other one were like 28 or 31. Absolutely disgusting that a 28 or 31 year old would want to go out with a 19 year old. A scam. Unsafe
When I went on the site I was contacted by a guy who asked for my email. I didn't know any better and I liked his photos so I gave him my email. He immediately started, once a day, sending me love songs, poems, long emails telling me about his deceased wife, what he wants in a woman. He even insisted that we skype so I could see he was the man in the photos. He lead me on for almost 3 weeks but then he slipped up. He sent the same email he had already sent 2 weeks prior. That made me realize that he had files of emails that were pre-written. He never wanted to talk on the phone and he wouldn't tell me where he lived. I reported him and he had already been kicked off the site because other women had complained. Don't bother with this site.
Answer: I had the same experience! Technically it's the worst site with worthless customer service. I discovered a great platform for meeting Christian ladies https://j4l.com/402007 It's flawless - it's working perfectly technically, their girls are simply too gorgeous for words, both inside and out! I enjoy greatly the company of the women I met there and soon I will meet one of them in person.
Answer: I thought they were a legit website unfortunately they are ripped off!
Answer: I just hit unsubscribe and you really have no choice but to let the time you paid for run out. After I unsubscribed, they sent me an email that I did and I also made sure to remove the credit card they had on file. I only took one month.
