Stole my money. Didnt ask for kyc before it allowed my to send my btc and now wont send my money back. Avoid at all costs.

First, let me assure you this is not paid advertising, I'm a regular guy living in upstate NY, and I am compelled to write this review, to help anyone new, or seasoned, in this space. I am an avid investor in crypto, and have had an account on Binance for 2 years. So the problems on Binance are several. First, things are in some places, seriously mis-labeled. For example, when you are sending crypto from Binance to a wallet, where it should say "receiving address", instead it says "withdrawl address." I 've emailed them to say this is improper, but they do nothing to change it-why? For a newbie, this would be very confusing, and I was very concerned of losing my crypto the first time I dealt with this. Then, when you exchange say Ether for ADA, you go into your funds, only to see the Ether is still there, but no ADA. After going back and forth, refreshing the balance page, after no change, I would have to go to "open orders" and cancel the order, and re do the order, in some cases multiple times until it finally "took."So I have found the site to be "buggy", and this doesn't lend confidence. Which is why Changelly is so refreshing and awesome. First, the design and layout on Changelly is clean, neat, and perfectly organized. The color scheme as well is excellent, the green and white on black is perfectly clear, and the words just pop. I have done dozens of transactions on Changelly, and they all go smoothly and without any hitch. And the process is laid out from start to finish, first what you are exchanging, and recipient wallet, and before you know it, in real time you see the exchange is happening, then you see the message that Changelly is sending to your receiving wallet. Check your wallet and -BAM-the funds are there, done. And, compared to the "BOT" that starts your chat on Binance, forcing you to go through several hoops before getting into a que for a live agent, click on chat in Changelly, and in moments a live person is there to answer questions. And the half a dozen or so times i've used this, including today, it is immediate, and the agents are really friendly, and know what they are doing. I honestly couldn't be happier with Changelly, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the Crypto universe.

I can agree with the previous reviewer Samuel that the high rated reviews must be fake due to the widespread red flags posted on social media platforms about them selectively scamming their users for larger amounts.

I only wish I had looked before using them. They *DO* selectively scam their clients and there are so many references online to show that I am most certainly not the only one. I am one of countless victims.

Their ‘How it Works' suggest that their service is so quick, easy and instant yet it is all designed to get you to trust them with smaller amounts so that you will then use them for larger amounts and this is when you *WILL* essentially be ransomed via the small print they will quote which is hidden away in their terms and conditions.

Suddenly, and without warning they will prove to you that their advertising about being a ‘non-custodial exchange' is false as they will seize your coins and then demand personal information despite saying that they will not be held responsible for the safe keeping of your information in their terms and conditions. They basically make it impossible for you to trust them with your information which would leave yourself exposed to possible identity fraud and who knows what else. And they know that. And then they use that fear as an excuse to steal your money.

If you see this service via a wallet provider you will see that there is no mention of them granting themselves the right to potentially seize your coins whenever they choose. This ‘smooth' on-boarding tactic is a trap. DO NOT fall for it.

No doubt they will respond here with some semi-professional sounding response making it sound like they are here to help and are only following their terms and conditions and AML/KYC. So ask yourself - why would any reputable company hide this away in their terms and conditions instead of requesting documents before they take your money if they deem suspicious? The asnwer is - they just want your money and have no desire to be transparent with their users.

Do the search I listed above to see for yourself the countless victims and the audacious way they try to take the moral high ground on theft of your personal information or your money.

The bottom line is – your identity or your money. They take one or the other.

Ho avuto un problema con la mia operazione di scambio di cryptovalute... per mia distrazione ho dimenticato di aggiungere il "Memo.id" al momento della transazione che ovviamente non e' andata a buon fine.
Ho contattato il "Support Team" di Changelly per mail, che con gentilezza e professionalità ha risolto il mio problema in pochissimo tempo.
Semplicemente affidabili, professionali e molto competenti.

Did another multi-asset swap earlier today - ETH, LTC, ADA - enough to make a regular exchange platform sweat, but they handled it without breaking a sweat. I'm sitting here thinking okay since they ask, why not leave a review? The customer support - real people who know what they're doing, not some bots. One thing I'd love to see though - a more fluid integration with debit cards. I'm doing large volumes here, and I don't want to have to jump through hoops.
