Hello! When I have extra cash, I like to invest in cryptocurrencies. And I normally do it via Changelly, which allows me to purchase crypto coins with my debit card and apple pay (!). Coins are normally delivered in about 15 minutes (if there is no traffic on the blockchain). The customer service is prompt, and the costs are reasonable. There haven't been any problems with the exchanger.
Have been doing business with Changelly for over 3years, have sent over 100k in funds and we have not ever had an issue! The few times we had an issue, it was quickly fixed by Changelly customer service! Always!:-)
Dont believe people who call Changelly a scam because when you try it you will see that it truly works!

For a long time, Сhangelly was just a mobile application for me, because I didn't even suspect the existence of an analog of this platform in the form of a website and was sure that swaps are available only in the application. I've already left a review in the app store, now it's time to praise the web version as well. All the same handy and intuitive interface as in the mobile version, in the same way, you can fix the exchange rate and have access to all currency pairs. True, the tech support chat is still more convenient in the mobile version, but this doesn't completely cancel the other merits of this service.

My coins have been stuck in the exchange for almost 3 months. I have been constantly emailing them and I chatted with them through live chat and they tell me they cannot give me a timeline in which I will get my coins back?

Peter, one of the support staff, helped me report a problem of transaction issue with my wallet. He asked for refund or the value of the coin I wanted to exchange with the current price. I asked for the refund and reported the issue with the team. I will continue to use this website, I feel it is trustworthy to use. If it ask for KYC, then it should to prevent any fraud or financial crimes. I feel safe that I am using this website. Those who give bad reviews, are sure ignorant, or made an error with their transaction.

I do not like it when various sites and applications overload the user interface, making it less understandable. Here, on the contrary, everything is quite minimalistic, and there is nothing extra. It is very convenient and pleasant to use the mobile application and the web version.

It's good to have a reliable place where you can exchange your BTC for many different currencies. For example, I recently swapped BTC to DAI at a good rate.

Talking about Changelly, it's a sheer scam for those who get captivated to the royal ilusionary earnings upon swaping your precious money.
Below are my personal experience that I have shared in conclusion to my dealings with Changelly.
Changelly does have a note about KYC in their Terms of service, however there is nothing to indicate that they will take your money and refuse to give it back. A more honest company would require KYC before taking customer funds, and refuse to transact if they found something suspicious.
In the emails, changelly does a lot of virtue-signalling about trying to prevent crime, however in our interactions, there is only one party that is attempting to confiscate and steal money, and that party is not me.

Once users check the box, they must be ready to provide the required information. If not ready, they can refuse from performing a transaction.
