Used CEVA twice sending a car from Perth to Melbourne. Fantastic service and fast delivery, they always get it to you a little earlier than expected. Will be using them again!^._.^
I looked at the price and saw a better one somewhere else, so I didn't book. Later that day I got an email from CEVA Logistics offering me a 10% discount. This matched the best price I had found, so I decided to click the link to take the discount. The website showed the discounted price, however when the credit card payment processing page finished, it showed the ORIGINAL price (ie 10% more expensive). This is not what I contracted to! I have tried to contact CEVA via their website and the service agent is a timewaster who has not helped solve my problem with being overcharged, even though I have forwarded on the original email with the price offer (which was reflected on the webpage at the time I tried to pay). This has been a terrible and deceptive experience. I would not use this company again and I advise everyone else to avoid them as well due to their deceptive and misleading overcharging.
My vehicle was collected and delivered ontime, communication from Ceva was great. I have used other car carriers before but will only be using Ceva in the future.
In the beginning, It was difficult to get through to the right person to answer my questions ( my calls were going offshore to the Phillipines) but once I got throught to CEVA Brisbane everything was fine, I told her my situation, the operator on the phone was pleasant to deal with. Communication was very good after that, the driver communicated with us when our vehicle would be delivered.

Car was delivered safe and high Wycombe staff were great to deal with. I didn't like being transferred to Thailand off shore customer service very very frustrating
The experience was quick and smooth with great communication. The only downside is the truck that was used to take my vehicle from my residence. The requirements for transport are that the car is to be a minimum of 120mm high from its lowest point. My vehicle measured 150mm from its lowest point and it cleared the truck by about 1mm to spare. I highly recommend updating this value to 150mm as the car would not have made it on the truck if it was 120mm.
My only concern is the inside of the rear window where it appears the soft top fabric has somehow bumped out of its normal position. Who can I talk to about this?

Your customer service is disgusting and rude. You have had my two cars now over a month with 3 different eta times no support no nothing to cover your screw up but lies for example "your cars are delayed because of high swells in the ocean" really I'm not that stupid my car sat at port Kembla for two weeks it's a joke I want my car and I want my money get someone to contact me that will actually talk and not hang up AND GET MY CARS TO ME NOW. Over your lies and bull crap… can't add proof of my experience cause I still don't have my cars a month later

They have been unreliable with delivering my vehicle, was told on Friday 1st vehicle had been picked up from Motor vehicle auction & taken to their depot at Minto for the weekend.
Called on Tuesday to ask an approximate date for delivery. I was then informed, in fact the vehicle was still at the auction, not even picked up.
Nothing but a big stuff up, bad communication.
Will NEVER use CEVA again.
Good easy way to organise a delivery of a car.
Would prefer personal follow up after initial booking to know I had done things the right way.

Vehicle scheduled to be picked up by CEVA on 15th Oct in the morning and it's currently 5:30pm & the vehicle still remains to be picked up. I have escalated the matter & was promised that I was to to advised ASAP of a pick up time by a customer service representative which was not from Australia as I struggled to understand them. I'm left in limbo & don't know when my car will be picked up. To make matters worse I had a representative take a day off from work to hand over the vehicle & lost a days wages.
-10 our classic car was extensively damaged due to the driver being irresponsible picked up from a Grays online holding yard to be transported to a Ceva depot in WA then 'was' to be delivered to NSW Our car is STILL in WA at a repairers to HOPEFULLY be repaired

Set quotes, easy to use booking site. Had to get my Ute home due to Covid Border Restrictions ruling we could only fly back home to Brisbane. Booked Transport in advance Door to Door so my car arrives home when we finish 14 days Hotel Quarantine.

I found 7 days for pickup and delivery from Sydney to Brisbane to be double the duration expected.
Also, when booking only an estimate of the duration was available.
Very easy to navigate on the site and your company was recommended from a few friends. So my experience so far has been really good. Easy and straight forward.
AVOID - Do not use these guys AT ALL. The 5% chance your car is damage you are left out in the water. Go with an independent or other company that appreciates honesty.
I had my car transported by CEVA. There was clear damage to the front bar (contact markings, scratches, paint swaps, denting). CEVA warranty blatantly lied and said it was pre-existing - despite the photos they provided not showing any evidence of it and I had seen the vehicle so I know it was not pre-existing. They did not mark the "pre-existing damage" when I had ask for more clarity. I had 3rd party opinions, even the lady at the depot had said yes that is damaged but they had to determine where the damage had occured (eg, pick up, drop off by driver, or parking by staff).
After getting back to warranty claim a second time around asking for evidence it is "pre-exisiting" Warranty staff replied by saying "no" and that "misalignments of panels that occur during transport are not covered". Again, damage a crumpled front bar, not about mis-alignment.
My vehicle was booked from Sydney to Brisbane on 23 November 2020. Reached Brisbane at 1:35 Pm 25 November. Today is 30 November 2020 and still waiting for delivery. Poor service, not recommended.

Can be improved by including estimated transit times and having file upload options in the booking rather than and email based process as is the case now

My car arrived early so I was happy with that. The radio antenna was broken on arrival. A bit disappointed as they just left it broken on the passenger seat and never said anything about it.
Answer: Have emailed them no reply went through chat was ok in regard to reaching them but of no help
