Have bought 2 keys from the site to have both of them not work and be called DUPLICATE already used codes from Steam server. They have since fixed the issue. Just beware
This company will send you a fake key and then when you contact them to fix it they say once the key is sent to you it's unable to be refunded or exchanged. SCAM! BE CAREFUL.
I paid 17 euro for fallout 76 played it for some time, then i change my laptop 4 months later when i tried to activate the game on my new laptop it said the trail has finished! WTF I PAID 17 EURO FOR A $#*!ING FREE TRAIL ALSO ON MY OLD LAPTOP THAT HAD THE GAME ACTIVATED IN FIRST PLACE THE GAME ISNT ACTIVE ANYMORE AND THE LAUNCHER IS ASKING ME TO BUY IT AGAIN
Worked first couple of times and now just times out updating everytime we load up to go play.

Spending new years eve alone like a saddo I thought I would buy Football Manager 2023 from CDKeys for £32. At least playing that would cheer me up. Not the case. They sent me a picture of a code, with instructions to validate the code on the redeem.footballmanager website. I typed it in perfectly, yet it says it is not a valid code, I try about 20 times and different variations just in case.
I email support and tell them they sent an invalid code, can I either have a refund or just send me a real code. Wait hours for a reply just for them to say 'No we sent you a real code, email football manager support instead'. Obviously that won't help as I know it is invalid. I email them any way, wait all the next day for a reply just for Sega support to say 'No that code was redeemed by someone else' Which proves my point. I email CDKeys 2 more times with screen shots and copying Sega supports email etc... no reply.
So I have been absolutely scammed out of £32 and now they don't answer their emails. My only choice is to keep pestering them and keep leaving 1* reviews where ever I can to show people, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!
I purchased a game from the website with the region setting being "worldwide". Two exceptions were listed (US and Canada) so, as they did not apply to me, I felt safe to get the game from them.
The game did not work due to it being region locked which was confirmed by the company when I complained. I was refunded but, the advertising for that game, and likely others, is incorrect.
After repeated attempts by me to make contact with the company about this false advertising, My complaint and concerns have been ignored and, even now, The game is still be falsely advertised as having a "worldwide" region key.
Dishonest and untrstworthy.
Additional Info -- CDKeys Support staff closed my open ticket addresssing the false advertising claim about the specific game I purchased (order No. *******5897), Snowrunner on PC on the 22nd July, 2020. The ticket was closed with NO contact from the company, NO warning it would be closed or any contact in the slightest.
PS -- I have chat scripts, screen shots and emails to back up everything I am saying about this company/issue.
I've shopped CDkeys for years and appreciate the prices and selection they offer.
Whenever it's time to renew my XBox and PlayStation subscription I make my way over to CD Keys because of the discounts.
The handful of purchases I have made have always given me a key that works without issue on my Steam account

I had accidentally refreshed the page when i was a guest shopper and lost the code before i could get it and couldn't get order number for customer service so i got scammed because i refreshed.
