I placed an order for a PSN card for my nephew for his birthday present who lives in USA, the amount was taken from my bank account, but I received nothing under the pretext that only people who live in USA who are entitled to place the order.
I tried to contact support for the refund, but no reaction from them.
They tried to charge me 2 times. I never received a code and the customer service is a joke. Don't buy products from here just spend a little more and know your not getting scammed.
Delivery was pretty quick (maybe 10 minutes). The game required a prerequisite launcher download. Process overall took an hour from the time of purchase to the time I was pressing "Story".
Tried to work with this company, but they refuse to take responsibility for sending me a non activated code then they followed up by claiming that I redeemed it! I DID NOT REDEEM THE CODE! They refuse to supply me with an active, valid code and refuse to refund my payment. Do NOT do business with them… buyer beware… if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
I purchased a 12 month PlayStation Plus Membership from them on 4/30/22. Tried to redeem the code on 5/12/2022. Got an error stating the code I entered was inactive. Contacted customer service. They told me to contact PlayStation Network since it was an issue on their end. Spoke with PSN, they confirmed the CDKeys code is valid but could not get it to work because "the merchant has not activated the code at the point of sale." Contacted CDKeys again and they asked for a bunch of info like the code (already gave to them), transaction and subscription history with PSN, region, and if I had rebooted the PS5. I responded with all info. They said it would be 72 hours for an update. I told them I wanted a refund and will buy a membership through PSN instead. They said nope - my purchase was not eligible for a refund. THEY SENT ME A NON-WORKING CODE BUT TOOK MY PAYMENT RIGHT AWAY! They again blamed PSN! Then said that they hope I can redeem my code soon. I asked if it would be active and redeemable in a year after my new membership expired. No response until today when I received this:

I checked my account and only the full price membership is there. I DID NOT REDEEM THE CDKEYS CODE! They are taking no responsibility for their error and have stolen my money!
Worst Customer Service I've experienced in years.
I placed multiple orders with CD keys without a problem. Today, I went to buy something and got rejected. I figured I entered my card number wrong so I switched to PayPal. My order went into 'requires verification status'. So I went ahead and jumped through their hoops.
They approve the order. I go to get my key... and boom. It's back to verification. Before I can even look at my email, I have another message that says my order has been cancelled and refunded. Weird, but okay. I try again with a different card and it works but goes BACK into verification!
I jump through different hoops. They ask about the PayPal charge back. I say 'That was you guys. I didn't ask for that. I just want my product'. They ask the SAME QUESTION AGAIN! Which I'm like 'Okay, I just answered but I'll try another way'.
A moment later, they cancel/reject the order and say 'I hope this explains the situation'. What explanation? There was none! And then they wouldn't reply to my requests for more information including the following questions:
1) Why are my orders being rejected?
2) Should I just never bother to work with you again?
3) Can you communicate the problem to me so I can fix it?
They clearly don't care so if you get verification request, you're probably just done. This was terrible and I'll never go back to them again.
Bought a copy of Battlefield 5 for Origin, tried to redeem the code and got informed it had already been redeemed.
CD Keys informed me that the code was valid and un used, got in contact with Origin and told me the code had been redeemed on a different account that wasn't mine.
Have tried to contact CD Keys customer support again and are now ignoring my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!

Sold a game that was broken, asked for a refund and they refused to issue one. Said because the code had been redeemed that they don't have to do anything. Thieves of the highest order.
I have bought countless keys from CDKeys before, however recently, I purchased three Xbox game pass keys. One of which did work for my friend - the other two did not ("ALREADY REDEEMED"). CDKeys then go on to gaslight me by saying I did it wrong, or already had xbox game pass (I have not had xbox game pass in months). I have not seen my money back, and won't be buying again from CDK.
I bought a game key for a title that's really glitchy/performs terribly. I did my due diligence - made sure everything was updated, double-checked settings, contacted the game creator's customer support, and even did a full reinstall. The game just works like crap when using multiple monitors, which was certainly something I couldn't have guessed would be the case prior to purchase/install (it's 2022 why would a game not work with multiple displays?!). Instead of CDKeys issuing a refund or store credit for the broken product so I could buy a game from them that actually works, they basically just said, "tough luck." You can't know its a broken, glitchy game until you install and, once you do, you're screwed - they keep your money & walk away. I essentially got punished for making an effort/spending my own time to get a defective game working. They're just in it for a quick buck. They don't care if they're selling you poo and, when they do, there's no service whatsoever. Don't buy from them. Get it somewhere that stands behind what they sell.
I haven't had any issues with Cd keys. I have bought multiple games from them I recommend you buy keys from them when they are cheaper on here or you can't find any sales.
I purchased XBox Game Pass 3 months. The transaction was simple and I got the code for the product immediately. I would definitely buy from them again.

After the reviews was going to get a game that was half price but after registering realized this site is not worth the risk. Full price for non scam for me im afraid.
They are great to buy games from and they also have fast quick response time on inquiries that you may have on the keys that you have bought! Will buy from them again and I do recommend them!
I have used CD keys for several years as the service is great with great prices on games.
Bought an Xbox live 12 month subscription 3 days ago, received the 4x codes and only 3 work but they only show 3 month subscription.
I haven't activated them on the Xbox, raised a support ticket & dm'd CD Keys on Twitter both 3 days ago and heard NOTHING.
Raised a dispute with my bank to get a refund due to not getting what I paid for and also ZERO communication from CD Keys, banks raised a chargeback.
Used CD Keys in the past and been great but something seems to have gone wrong in their customer service dept.
They took my money for a game, I received a message saying they can't deliver and 3 months later no game, no money back. Support always says: we'll be back in 72 days
I found the whole experience of ordering and purchasing an Xbox live subscription easy and straightforward. Would highly recommend.
Answer: Don't, the site is a scam. If you won't receive the product you will never get your money back.
