I appreciate that I can usually find what I am looking for on your site and the order process is simple. Shipping times are generally reasonable but the costs of shipping are exorbitant given the price of the product is already high.

On the website a list of whiskeys were provided - stating what would be included in the advent calendar. Of the 15 we opened (so far), only 2 are on that list. I don't feel like I got what I paid for.
I ordered the "explorer's edition" - expecting to get whiskeys from "all across the world." So far 12 have been from Scotland and 3 from Ireland. Again, I don't feel like I got what I paid for.
And lastly, a lot of them aren't as good as I was expecting considering the price tag. I will not be purchasing this again and won't recommend it to anyone.

Sold out from cask cartel and had to pay extra for a 3rd party seller. Would have been better to show sold out on cask cartel website at time of order and option for other seller with new price prior to purchasing

I received my order; thank you! However, it was thrown over our gate from fed-ex and a signature was not retrieved. Thankfully it was not broken as it was a time sensitive gift.
