Never received the "free gift" I paid the shipping costs for. Do not think I will use this company again since they don't offer complete orders.
The staff members I dealt with based on the delay in shipping the original order were fabulous.
I was tired of dealing with the cancelled order (for which I wasn't notified), the delay in shipping and now the incomplete order.

My experience was good this was my first mail order
After I placed my order, I was promised the date and they never came through on that date but prior to that I was trying to track it and I could not get through in any way, shape or form there any help from your people it was very stressful. This was a gift for a very close person to me and you guys ruined it.
I had client gifts I was sending out. It apparently was shipped in 3 shipments which no one told as I only received tracking for one. That shipment arrived broken. I only got a refund because I paid extra for premium insurance as I found out company doesnt cover if any bottles get broekn in delivery. Then I NEVER received the other two shipments I paid for. I paid almost $200 for shipping and they finally agreed to refund $50 of it even though I never received my other shipments. They refused to refund the rest and said I was lucky I even got $50 after days of going back n forth. I will never order from these guys again. Ever
The Cask Cartel site was super easy to navigate, my delivery experience was quick and the items were very securely packed, and I loved the bonus item that we received too!

Looked all over Florida and New Jersey for this item...then I found Cask Cartel. Although a bit dissapointed with the actual "deadhead shrunken head bottle", the one shown on your website was awesome, the bottle received not so much...but the product itself is outstanding.Will order more in the fuuture. Thanks

I ordered a product and was told after about two weeks that either I would have to cancel my order or pay an additional $50. I cancelled my order and got a great refund and store credit which was nice except I ordered another product and it took a month to deliver. I also was unable to track it even after downloading the recommended app. Shipping was shockingly expensive which I didn't understand and was an unpleasant surprise every time I checked out. I stopped into a liquor store the other day and found every single bottle I was looking at for much less money and obviously no shipping costs.

I placed my order hoping to have it for the holidays. While I did get half my order before Christmas ( it was supposed to be the entire order but part was missing) I got the other half after the new year. It was just disappointing. Not sure I'll order again next year.
