I understand shipping delays, but really there should be some indication on products that aren't in the warehouse. Instead, I'm waiting for the warehouse/distributer to get the product and then waiting for them to ship it which I did not receive any updates until I reached out. It works be nice if there was even a "possible shipping delays" on products that aren't immediately available.
It took 3 weeks for my delivery. And, then I had to call FedEx to determine where it was. This may a FedEx issue. I was told the address did not exist. However, the address was correct. My recipient had to go pick the item up at a local Walgreen's because Fedex said the address did not exist in their database.

Have no complaints. Was kept informed about my order, when it shipped, was able to track order and received my order without a problem. The only thing that I was concerned about was that you have to sign for the shipment, so you have to be home. FedEx attempted to deliver the package on a day when I was working but did not leave a slip for me to fill out when to redeliver, they only attempt to deliver 3 times before shipment is sent back. Luckily, I was off the next day and was home when it was redelivered. This is more a FedEx issue, but just be aware when you have to sign for your shipment to make arrangements if you are not able to sign yourself.

I placed the order for a Christmas gift on 12.19. The item was delivered on 12.30. I wouldn't have ordered anything if I knew it would take 11 days to be delivered, there was no indication at ordering that it would take so long to be delivered. It missed the holiday, and I am very disappointed.

My experience with my order was great. The product which was ordered was out of stock. I was immediately contacted via email advising of the issue and was provided with a workaround from another supplier. The product was delivered exactly how it was described to me. Product wasn't in stock when I purchased. No delivery date was available until after I purchased the Von Payne. Seems like a way to get people to buy your product when you don't actually have product available to sell. Not a fan.

This is a company I would avoid at all costs. Their advertising is misleading and their customer service shouldn't be called customer service. Michelle is a you know what--stunningly rude and antagonistic.
My cask of a Tequila Liquor came smaller and busted. The liquor was all over the packaging and the seal was broken. It also came very, very late. Literally 4 weeks after ordering.
I received a refund from the courier after submitting a case, but CaskCartel wouldn't refund the shipping fee. They're complete frauds.
I ordered 2 Famous Grouse Gold Medley. The vendor was out unfortunately, but I was offered 2 Famous Grouse Blended Scotch Whiskey in a larger size at no additional charge. They let me know all the details immediately every step of the way.

I placed the order on 12/15, but it did not "ship" until 12/24, and was not received by Fedex until 12/29. Free Stocking Stuffer gift was a single 50ml bottle of Jack Daniels, not worth the extra shipping cost.

I am pleased with the item that I purchased but the shipping cost was exorbitant. I understand some shipping cost related to a specialty item but when I selected "Yes" for the "Free" gift of two mini bottles, the shipping cost jumped. I ended up paying almost $40 for shipping on a $100 gift. The two little plastic mini bottles were not worth that. CaskCartel is a good site but policies/practices like that make me not want to shop with them again.

I was informed that the order I placed, after it was confirmed and I was billed for it, that the order could not be fulfilled at the original price I requested cancellation and a refund. After I didn't take your company up on the offer of the same product but at a higher price, I still declined - I didn't want to pay the price, but moreso because now, the product (a present for a friend) would not arrive on time. It was then I discovered you have a no cancellation/refund policy. I have come up against a policy like that in a long time. I'll take my business elsewhere.
