I gave only 4 stars because i would be happier if there were photos of accidents that happened, but there weren't any. But other wise i'm happy.
I am in no way affiliated with either company. That being said, I ran a history report on my used car with Carvertical after I noticed some odd trim differences on the car. I already have a Carfax report so I was hoping this one might have some more information. I was very disappointed with the results. The report is nowhere near as detailed as the Carfax report. There are no maintenance records at all and my report was missing the first 6 years of history, which was present on the Carfax report. I attempted to get a refund but they refused my request. I think there are much better options out there.
Sjajna aplikacija. Proveravao sam dva vozila, do sad koja sam gledao da kupim, uvek su mi pokazani servisi i na jednom izveštaju sam dobio 44 fotografije iz salona, koje su uslikane sa pregleda vozila i malim oštećenjima.
Had payed car check from my phone, but forgotten to activate my account & the report was not sent. Wrote an email to support team and they helped me real quick. Fast service and really quick car check, totally recommend it!
Only general information available for the vehicle I was interested in. The same information I received from the official local car dealer. Also some info which I definitely knew about the car was not captured in the report. Like that car has passed customs and registered in other country. And some small injures visible on the car were not mentioned at all. Not exact measurement of the odometr (how many kilometers vehicle passed). And the final kilometers were different with over *******. Respectfully I couldn't trust the info that there are no records about car crashes, damages and other negative impacts. I would say that overall experience didn't match my expectations. And don't worth the price.
I bought 1) first report they wrote model 3.4 S 315 HP. The car was a 2.7 275 HP. They wrote no accident but the honest owner show me an invoice of over 12.000 Euro of damage paid by ensurance. The worst: they correct info on line but they were not answering!
2) second report no information, no country of origin, just a couple of visit in workshop and that's it! I claim and they told me:" The info were not digitalized". So i didn' t receive them but i have to pay anyway?

Izveštaj da bude malo detaljniji, precizniji,sa više preciznih informacija. I sa tačno određenim činjenicama.
Good but it's very expensive. Services fast and detailed but it's cost to much. Please decrease the price for earn 5 star.
Nie znalazłem, żadnego zapisu na temat mojego samochodu odkąd został zarejestrowany w PL. Ostatni zapis jest z grudnia 2021, samochód mam od maja 2022 i brak zapisu o rejestracji, brak zapisu o stanie licznika z dnia rejestracji w PL, brak informacji o naprawie w ASO. Jakość usługi średnia.
I entered a wrong VIN. However CarV produced the report but mentioned that the VIN is wrong and "told" no money was charged. I requsted a new report. In fact I was charged twice.

CarVertical provides some data which is not very much useful when purchasing a car. In many European contries Germany is the leading supplier of the cars, but this is the problem as CarVertical provides very few information from this country. The expectation is to provide exact mileage which was last recorded at official dealer during the planned / unplanned visit, also to provide information from official dealers or insurance companies regarding the accidents. Now one can only guess if the car was in the accident or not and what is the mileage of the car. That is a sad part of the experience.
I checked three cars, including mine, which I knew had modified km four years ago, this did not appear on the report. Little and irrelevant information!
