Called to update credit card information. Representative was very nice. I asked her to email me a copy of the contract, which she said she would. I never received it. 🤷🏻
HORRIBLE. From the time we initiated the claim to payment our service was horrible. Our transmission in our 2015 Tahoe went out. THIS WAS WHY WE BOUGHT THE INSURANCE! It we teeth pulling to get you to approve, when we took it to a Certified Transmission place. You wanted to use USED PARTS, when that is not what I was paying for. Then you requested multiple quotes, when the quotes were sent multiple times with pictures. Multiple customer service reps handled our account and not one could explain why this was being handled so poorly. Not one returned a call when asked. I still had to pay $800 out of pocket. I'm asking myself why should I keep this insurance now! I have another vehicle insurance by you guys and I will be looking for other options due to this horrible experience

I want to know what taking so long to get my car straight and I spoke with the mechanic at the dealer about my car and he said he waiting for claim adjuster to get back with him and it been over a week now we haven't heard back from him

Since this was only the second time I had to request service the only thing I was very disapointed with was the "nit-pickin" when it came to the interpretation of the verbage in the contract for the clarification of electrical approval/authorization regardomg original parts versus insralled parts.

From start to finish the customer service is amazing! Every step of the way I was contacted to be updated on the progress of my claim. The fact that I can keep my car on the road and insured against troubles that would otherwise keep me sidelined and looking to purchase another vehicle is more than worth it IMO. If you haven't already, BUY THIS COVERAGE! You won't regret it, I promise you! There's a reason they're the number one auto protection company in the U.S. if your vehicle breaks down, towing is provided. While your car is in the shop, rental vehicle is available with certain plans. And best of all you're not stuck with a high repair bill. First call to Carshield she was very helpful in finding a shop that would do the necessary work and accept carshield. But after my truck was a week at the shop with no action taken (Avoid Firestone Lakeland, TN!) called carshield back and told them I had to find a new shop and she basically led me to believe I'm on my own. They sure don't mind collecting my monthly premiums.

I told you not o charge my credit card, Told you I was looking to compare pricing with other companies first and you just went ahead and charged you fee WITHIOUT my permission. You then charged the new card I was issued whiteout my permission once again. I enjoyed your service when I had it but now I am just going to move on with a different provider.

I took my car to the shop to get it fix told them I had car shield. No problem they said they used them. Call car shield and got a rental. For the length. Of time. Getting car fix. Just paid my deductible. And that was all for a 4000 cost I didn't have to pay. That car shield for doing what u say u will do.

Thought was a good coverage but turns out not everything that pertaining to a motor or transmission is not covered so yall don't have to pay for the service

Carshield was very fast in responding & gave us a call to let us know that it was just the $100 deductible & that if we let them send the part to the Dealership, instead of using the Dealership part that we wouldn't have to pay another $58 for the Dealerships part cost.
We are now just waiting for the part to come into the Dealership.

I am very satisfied by the claims paid by CarShield but when I signed up I was under the assumption that my portion would be the $75 (now $100) deductable and CarShield would pay the cost for repairs. I've had several repairs e.g. tie rod and ball joint and I've had to pay for almost half of the cost. According to CarShield you can take your vehicle to any mechanic and since I have a Mercedes, I take my vehicle to the Mercedes Service Dept. for all of my maintenance. I will continue keeping CarShield because it does save me money.
