I have not had any experience with you. My car is the only thing I have covered and it is OK. As for Home safe, etc. they are all con artist and I do not want any of them. So stop them if you are involved.

My van situation was taken care in timely manner. Everyone were very cautious and helpful. Surprised to come and get a person to talk with. Rental car was provided which was a great plus due to time it took to get car back.
Was surprised thst me deductible was 100.00 not 50.00 as stated in contract. Wanted my car back so paid it.

It appears there was an out-of-pocket expense for the differences in labor times between what the repair facility charged and what was recommended by a nationally recognized labor guide. Service was satisfactory although drawn out. The necessity to have inspection done b4 work could b started was prolonging. Trusting the company mechanic would seem logical to me.

Received a letter in mail that my Account needed renewal, so I called CarShield and asked why I received the letter; it did not have my account # one thepaper, so I was asking why I received it. Agent clarified/determined it was a solicitation and was sent in error. So I shredded the letter and that was all.

I had a transmission issue while on vacation. I used AAMCO transmission repair. AAMCO assisted in filing my claim.
Once the claim was submitted Car Shield worked hard to help expedite my repair so I could return home.
I'm not sure if I got lucky because both my Car Shield adjuster and the AAMCO repair shop were both great.

Awful! They were very difficult for the dealership to work with then jewed them down below our deductible then informed us they would not cover expenses

1. All of my claims were not approved and paid for. 2. CarShield only paid 69% of the cost to replace my vehicle bad starter. 3. My vehicle was at the dealership for over two days after the repair was completed waiting for the dealership to be paid by CarShield before the dealership can release my vehicle.

I had a couple of issues with my SL 550, took it in and knew Carshield policy did not cover the items but after the service advisor at my shop contacted Car Shield, they agreed that about $ 300 of the repair was covered.

On day one, call in, ask for help and check if cover. My impression from person in contact, I was cover. Got all info and pass it forward. Time pay for work, told not cover.

My 2015 Toyota Rav 4 liftgate wasn't closing properly. It needed struts and liftgate sensor. Carshield paid most of the cost for the struts but refused to pay for the sensor, leaving me to pay $300 for the struts+ $700 for the sensor instead of the $100 they misleadingly advertise. 😒
Gary, upon further review, it appears there is an approved authorization for both rear power tailgate support/struts. We do not see anything on the claim regarding a sensor. If there is an issue with the sensor, please have the Repair Facility send in the documentation so we can review that information.
