I am concerned about the limitations of the policy. Without reading all of the details; there appear to be a number of limitations. I would like to have a better understanding of the limitations. I understand the policy does not cover oil changes and brake pads. Does the policy cover any maintenance? Do you recommend any activity to avoid break downs beyond body repair and maintenance? I am concerned about avoidance issues!

It's not Car Shield that did anything wrong, it's Ciocca that told me they do not except Car Shield anymore after I had the Truck looked at. Crazy! The thing is they knew that I had Car Shield months ago!

Very difficult to navigate for coverage because it was necessary to make many phone calls to different departments. I still have not heard back regarding car rental. Car stopped running on a Saturday afternoon. I had to make an appointment with Enterprise on line because I needed a car for work on Sunday evening. It is only open on Sunday from 9 to 12 for pick up. Then had car towed to repair shop Gaddis in Muncie on Monday morning. It was ready for pick up on Tuesday morning.

I contacted them about an intermittent noise in my front end and they contacted a repair shop and made an appointment. The repair shop did have a high (4+) rating, but I had to cancel that appointment based on my wife's schedule.
