My family enjoys the Carrabbas in Bensalem, PA frequently. Coming home from Newark airport the other day, my wife and I decided to stop at the East Brunswick, NJ location for dinner. What a mistake. First problem: ordered two vodka tonics with a lime twist and got lemonade. I brought it to the server's attention, and she replaced the drinks- with half a glass of vodka with a side glass of lime juice! Next problem: my wife loves the minestrone soup, but this location doesn't serve it! Why not? Ok, she orders the sausage and lentil soup, but it is just ok. Next issue: I asked for the calamari with lemon butter instead of marinara. It was basically butter with a tiny bit of lemon. And it wasn't even totally melted!
Next, I ordered pasta as a side with my main. My plate arrives with 3 smallish pieces of veal piccata and stuck together fettuccine. My wife's plate looks empty with her overcooked salmon and 6 pieces of asparagus. The bottoms of the asparagus were not trimmed off, they were inedible.
This was a sad excuse for a pleasurable dinner. I will never visit that Carrabba's again. I hope it is not an indicator of where this once great dining establishment is headed.

Treated my family to dinner that was awful. Lasagna was mushy, little to no meat, and full of cheese. Tasted like a teenager made it as an experiment. Kids spaghetti dinner came with a dried up meatball and a sprinkle of sauce. The other meals were no better. Felt like I ate slime. This is the second time the food was bad. Can't do three times.

My Daughter and I went to Buffalo NY Carrabba's Italian Grill for lunch on Saturday March 27. We got 2 appitizers and I ordered the lobster raviolies and my daughter got Fettuccine Weesie. The ravioli may have had a teaspoon of cheese maybe, and may have had a very little bit of lobster flavor. I don't even think they use any Italian cheeses in the sauces. The fettuccine looked dry with a sticky glossy look to it. My daughter ate very little of it. The shrimp scampi sauce seemed to be the same as the lobster ravioli sauce. Did not seem to be made with butter or wine or cheese. Very little. It seemed that they were cutting cost. Our bill was $95.00 Will not be going back. I grow up cooking with my Italian grandmother. And I've been to many Italian restaurants I had 2 gift cards and CC.

I order the spaghetti which is the easiest meal to prepare I get my pasta and it is watery and had no sauce on it and 2 meatballs when I ordered extra meatballs I understand that people make mistakes but at this point I'm tired of getting the same meal and it's the same way whoever the cook is at that restaurant needs to learn how to properly make spaghetti and they need to find a new cook hold on baby. I am very disappointed In them!

My first time in Carrabbas was in Melbourne, FL and that was a complete waste of money and food was very costly. First we had to wait (me and 2 others) which was fine since they looked fairly busy or change of workers which was odd when we seen a few tables empty. When we finally were seated the table was soo wobbly we had to be careful on how we moved. They didn't have any pork chops which my step father was wanting (stuffed they had advertised) so he had to pick something different and nothing was under $14 most was over $20. I forget what he ended up with may have been 2 VERY SMALL pieces of chicken. I had a salad which was just barely under $15 it was ok but wasn't worth the price. The server was fairly slow at serving us and when we got the bill it was just under $70 with that high of a cost you would think there would be alot of food on the plates when yet there was very little which wasn't all that great either. Needless to say we won't be going there anymore.

We were very disappointed in our dining experience at Carrabbas in Bensalem. We had just received our salads when our meal arrived. Mine was a Marguaritta pizza, the worst I have ever had, not to mention it being cold, as I finished my salad b/f eating any. I didn't get a plate to use for the pizza, as I was sharing it with my son. My husband was satisfied with his veal marsala but never finished his salad at all. We felt rushed and I was more than a little annoyed. The cheese and tomato just slid off the too oily crust. I would never go back.

Something so unique about Carrabbas, from their menu to the ambiance - this place has it all. The staff's are friendly, the food is great and you just feel welcomed!

Very few menu items are not made in house from scratch - I think the New York Cheesecake is one of them but rest of the menu items - oh, boy, oh, boy is it great!

Their pizza's are thin and crispy with the right combination of sauce, cheese and toppings - one of the best pizza's around.

No one can beat this restaurant when it comes to the Soup! I love their Mama Mandolin Chicken soup the best, but the sausage/lentil soup is a close competition. These soups have a bit of a zingy spiciness to them but not too much - just plain feel good food.

This is a make me feel good because I had a bad day type of place. You will not be disappointed with the quality of food or the people that serve you.

I had an occasion where another customer sitting at the bar harassed me. I was rather upset and when the bartender found out, she had the manager comp my food, apologized and really so sweet, it made my day.

They are individually owned, so occasions they do have minor issues. I've had on small occasions a pizza that was burnt - which I didn't know until I got home, they've run out of bread here and there. These are minor things that doesn't deter you from adding on a few pounds (ha, ha!)

Carrabba's in Palm Bay Florida is an awesome place to dine. Managers Valarie and Scott go out of their way to make sure I have food cooked separate from the rest (severe allergies),
Valarie even goes out of her way to cook my food herself to make sure that there is no shellfish contact. Thank you so very much for making Carrabba's a safe place for us to dine.
