Easy to use website. I love the builder visualization feature so you can visualize the carport/building. Most other companies do not have this. Please never get rid of this.

I couldn't figure out how to save a design (other than a screen shot). I am also unable to figure out how to add upgrades at the same time as new construction (to avoid additional trip costs).
The construction even if there are problems (like high winds bending metal for the roof) was completed expeditiously (at a later date) and at no additional cost.

Took over three months for installation, They showed up with wrong color roof offered us $150.00 back to take it we refused and they had to have roof delivered next day, I was told original price was wrong so ended up paying almost $1000.00 more. It is a nice building but not worth the trouble would not do business with again.
The delivery date kept being changed. I tried to pin it down to make sure I could meet the delivery because of where I live. I got a call a day early saying it was on its way to my house which was 45 min from where I work. I had to take time off work to get out to my place. When I got out there they were not there I got a hold of them and they were no where near me or on there way. They were just sitting down to eat. So both my husband and I left work (we commute together) to get there for no reason. The lady arranging delivery did not care that it was not the day she had told me. Which happen to be the 3rd change of date that I needed to accommodate for them. I will definitely go thru a different company for my next purchase. But I do want to say the delivery men were very professional and kind.
