It's been up for 5 days waiting for monsoon weather to see how it holds up. Delivery was on time. There were a few modifications that were needed to fit in the tight space.
They said it should take about 1 and a half hours to install. They were packed up and gone in less than 2 hours. They even cleaned up before they left. It looks and feels like it should last a good long time. No more $150 canopies that are lucky to last a year. Waiting now for the neighbors to start asking about it.

Everything was great. Order was made and erected in two weeks. Installers had it up in less then 2 hours. Customer service and support was fantastic
Had trouble getting questions answered. After install will see if I would recommend or order again.
If you are not on a tight time line or have special site circumstances this is a good value for what you get. Over all I am happy. Everyone was nice even though they could rarely answer my questions. 6 to 8 weeks ended up being 12 weeks and install day got pushed forward 3 times.
Had it installed and apparently there was never a permit and the city wants me to take it down.

Order was ready much earlier than I expected. Installers were very polite and even arrived early. After about 2 months the quality seems to be exceptional and I am very pleased with my purchase. The professionalism this company showed was outstanding. Definitely recommend!
After order was received and i needed to sign contract the order was changed when i received contract, was still ok but not what i ordered. Then i was called an they wanted me to pay before i received product. Did not do that paid after installed, set up people were great,
I really like Carport. The only thing is - I wish there was better communications after the order. I have had to call to find a delivery date and yet there is still "around time" time to be here. In the few times I have called people were very helped and easy to talk to. I can't commit on the product because I still have not received it.
Very competent delivery and set up.
Carport should have come with beefed up supports being so tall. It is very unstable and I had to dig footers and put in 6 post to attach the carport too. At no time was did Carport.com say anything about the stability being so tall or offer any upgrades for stability. The installers left screws all over the ground from the install. I am still a month later finding screws that can get in my tires on my van or get shot out from the lawnmower. If your going to buy a taller carport plan on it being unstable and having to beef it up or it won't last in any kinda big storm.
