I ordered a cover letter and sent the writer 3 specific and easy requests and they completely dismissed it - almost like a robot was writing the letter. Then I complained that not one thing I requested was included in the cover letter, so they offered to re-write it for free. I sent them the instructions again and again they didn't include the information AND the letter had missing words and spelling errors. I sent it back and again they offered to re-write it and again they didn't include anything I provided them. They offered me only a 55% refund for 3 unusable cover letters. There are no real writers that do these letters and if they are real writers they're not from the US because their English is off! Do not waste your money.

First they started with question to gather information for my resume. Half that info was not even included in my resume.
Second they did not even finish in the time frame (few days) to me this was way more than enough time for the unprofessional looking resume and cover letter I received
Third when I messaged telling them my problem they gave me a link to get it revised. Never gave me a form only a place to upload the resume so I figured that is what you do and I did that. Fourth did not hear back about that for a long time so i finally wrote back again only for them to say irs been too long now they dont have to revise it!
