New PCM doesn't work. Doesn't communicate at all with the other modules or a scan tool.
Very easy to find ecm needed and order. Received in timely manner. Easy install
Very nice with everything that I needed to know. Thank you. Okay
Very friendly and helpful.
I gave you all the information you needed.
You said it would be ready to be shipped in 4-5 days. You let me know the day it shipped and 2 days later I had it. Thank you for the prompt service. Works great.
New PCM got me up and running again. We checked everything. Cam / crank and coil. All connections were checked as well. No BUS code lead us to the PCM.
Order was simple. I was kept Was kept up today through email. I received my order on time. Everything was great

I don't recall the 'important' information regarding the 'new' care Warranty being told to me upon purchase. The only thing I remember is that the warranty would not be effective until the 'old' computer was returned. I was not told about the CORE Fees or the 7-day return policy! Since Im not fixing the car myself, my control of returning the computer is really out-of-my hands and all I can do is relay this info. To the car dealer, so Im a little disappointed in this experience!
It was great to find that I was able to purchase a ECM that didn't have to be programed at a very reasonable price and have it in my hands in just a few days.
I purchased a PCM for a Jeep and we didn't see any issues with it for a year. I recently purchased another for a Chrysler 300 and again for a Ram 1500. Easy process, plug and play, and you can't beat the warranty as long as you follow the instructions!
My granddaughters jeep had an intermittent failure of the ignition coil driver circuit in it's PCM. With a reman from Car Computer Online I now trust it enough to let her back on the street with it, and that's from a retired professional mechanic.
Performed a bunch of troubleshooting this vehicle, this is the last component in the chain. Hope it's fixed.
Ordering the PCM was easy, love the warranty, Hope we don't ever need to use it
I have purchased a computer, having it installed today. My past experience has been great.
The shipping was quick and the install was very simple. Cheaper than competitors as well
Bought two pcms from them and will buy again if needed. Good customer service. Quick delivery. Will highly recommend.
Sent you my vin number for programming of new PCM, then the wrong PCM was sent to me and your programming didn't work. The dealer had to program the PCM at $350, and charge me twice for putting on and taking it off. Now I'm waiting on replacement of PCM from you for the correct model and programming.
The PCM part came on time, installed like it said it would, still has some kind of issues at first, turn vehicle off and turn it back on it seems to go away not sure what that's about.
Aside from the cost of the computer $218 including shipping, it cost me $150 to have my car transported to a facility and have the computer flashed at the cost of $275. I had checked several web sites and this one sounded like the way to go. I was not about to wait for a replacement. I needed the car and wanted it fixed now.
Quick and easy, looks legit.
Update- received the computer. Great quality, fixed my issues with shifting. Shifts through gears buttery smooth now and holds a great idle RPM!
Item shipped worked as promised and arrived ahead of schedule.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
