Ordered ECM for my Dodge. Quick turn around. Just give information on vehicle and the ECM came pretty quick. Installed it and so far no issues and car runs great.
I have yet to install the computer but the easy to understand instructions will make it nice to install.
Ordering was simple and the replacement pcm was a simple install and the pre-programmed unit performed like new out of the box and I now have my truck on the road starting and driving as good as it ever did. Trouble free from start to finish.
Received computer and it's faulty. No communication with truck. Scan tool and locksmith computer also failed. Ecm currently in return shipping. Hopefully problem is resolved quickly
Nicely done, and easy.
It was sent back because of some issues, but the people are very friendly, and helpful.
Easy to find the part and place my order. Very professional and quick processing and delivery. Instructions were very clear and easy to understand.
Quick and easy, could ask for better. From order, to ship, to install, it was all so simple. The part is working out great. Thanks for the process.
No evidence yet that anything has changed after your work. Still testing.
Just received. Not installed yet but so far everything is fine.
FedEx told me a lie said it was delivered already but it was fine
Very satisfied with the purchase and delivery worked, and functionality/operation of my Jeep XJ PCM/ECU. Received it in 4 business days, plugged it in, and started my XJ up immediately.
My experience went well and I am happy. Fed Ex didn't deliver my package for two days late, so that sucked.
Everything went smoothly. The part didn't take long to come in and it worked when installed.
Website was easy. Delivery was fast, and no problems with the new Ecm.
Got one computer from uall put in truck worked good sent old one back. Got another email that my order on the way call uall and said didn't order another one he man said standard email ok got another one called uall and sent it back today 12 23 24
Have not yet had the computer installed by my garage, will let you know the results once run.
The only thing I'd suggest is better/timely tracking information, and a more visible requirement and instructions to send back a core, right up front. I expected that, but - and it could be operator error - didn't see it until the replacement unit physically arrived.
Called, and promptly received needed information. Received the product within days. Mechanic followed directions and got my car started! Thank you so much.
Answer: No, they sent us 2 non-working ECUs and I had to file a complaint with the credit card company to get my money back.
Answer: It would be easier to give a full grown lion an enema.
Answer: There are only really two ways to reach this company. The first way is to call the number and ignore all other menu prompt options and just press 1 for sales. It's all they care about. Otherwise you will be listening to elevator music for thirty minutes before getting dropped out of the system and calling back. The other way is to send an email and wait two to three days for a poorly typed one sentence response that doesn't fully address your issue, and this will go back and forth for a week until you finally get somewhere. Good luck and Godspeed. The other
