I ordered my husband a canvas blanket the middle of June, it is now July and I still have not received my order, this company does not offer delivery/shipment tracking so I'm here twiddling my thumbs wondering when I'll get my order. I do not recommend

Unlike other reviewers, I have ordered many prints from them, if the quality is too low, they tell you and you can order IF YOU WANT or not, Not 1 issue with any order! Perfect every time (and if you order from the specials, you save and get what you pay for!)

I purchased a Groupon for pillow covers and this Groupon should have covered the total price of the product. Instead it only covered up to 12.99. I still purchased the covers (they are a gift) I have been emailing back and forth with best canvas about this because the shipping cost was 0$ but they are telling me that the 12.99 was the shipping? If this was shipping then it should have been in the shipping spot in the totals. They are saying that this was an error. Not very happy with the explanation and do not recommend ordering from them. As a customer it is not my problem if there is an error, or being told that I shouldn't ordered from a smart phone cause that's why there was an error... You cannot tell me I am being charged for shipping when the shipping spot said 0$
The prints were once so beautiful! Quality is terrible now.
I have ordered from this company many times and received beautiful prints, so I ordered a large amount of canvas for a show and every single print, more than 20 of them, came completely faded as if the ink was watered down or saturation at 50% or less. I have emailed the company but not heard back.

The quality (colors & resolution) were excellent and right with the image we uploaded. The quality of the canvas was good. The framing was slightly off - wouldn't lie flat on a flat surface. More bracing was needed to make the frame more sturdy. It hung fine even with the slight framing issue.
I ordered 2 pictures, they both came back so light I can barely see the picture. No response from email.

The canvas is a bit thinner than I expected, but for the price this is fantastic! Once it's hung up, you don't notice anyway. You notice the quality of the beautiful print! The price is very reasonable for what you get. A wood frame behind the canvas, and a very clear picture.
I did have a problem with the first print I ordered, it was very large, and had some creasing, but I contacted the company, and after sending them pictures of the issue, they happily stood by their product.
I am impressed and will be ordering again!
