My order arrived today and I really love my photos. I was a little worried after I sent my order away from some negative reviews. Well I can't wait to show off your work and tell people they will love what you can do to there photos. And how it doesn't take to long to receive the order. Very disappointed. I attempted to order using my credit card. As I typed my number in, their system kept adding numbers to my numbers. So of course when I try to continue, I get a message that this number isn't correct. (Well of course it's not, since their system "jacked" with my entry) They also want you to "take a picture" of your credit card to attach to the order info. (which I didn't do!) Very strange! I've just called my credit card company to report them and cancel 'this' card and have a new one issued. Not taking any chances. SCARY!
Hi, i just ordered 3 prints for my family and yes I was very apprehensive that this was fake site, or a scam based on the following:
Repetitive 5 star reviews posted on the same day
Shipping weight of only 1 pound via using the tracking number via UPS
HOWEVER! When I received my 3 photos today, they are great quality! No distortion in the phone. There was no assembly required to the frame other than how I wanted to hang the canvas. The canvas picture was quality. I uploaded photos from my phone also.
Again, for the price you really can't beat the size on a canvas. I would use them again for sure.

I ordered Christmas gifts for 2017. Still have not received product as of 1-4-18. Have emailed company and no one has responded. Have called company and been put on hold 3x which then automatically cuts you off after 6-7 minutes. Got one representative to pick up once and she said very lethargically she was looking into it, sounded frustrated and then hung up on me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a blanket for my daughter for christmas paid extra shipping to recieve before christmas here its the 27th and still havent recieved my item. Tried to email company with no response and tried to call and the call keeps disconnecting. Going to call the better business bureu and action will be taken. DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM!

I purchased an item on their website and did not receive a confirmation or tracking number weeks later I get no response after leaving messages. I have received no Item and no returned Email or call. I checked my account they got my money at the time. I would be very cautious before giving them my business.

I ordered something last night and only have been trying to adjust it. They say that you have 24 hours to cancel or to do this yet it also states due to the high volume of calls that it may take them several days to respond. What the $#*!? Im starting to think that this is just some piss poor operation running some sort of scam... its all a bunch of bull$#*!

I have called numerous times and keep getting disconnected and sent a email over with no response. My shipment stated in went out on 11/29 it is now 12/15/2017 and still haven't received my package. This is a Christmas gift from my mom to her sisters. I will file against my credit card that items wasn't received. I will also contact the Better Business Bureau. I WILL MAKE SURE NO ONE EVERY ORDERS FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I ordered my parents a family photo from their wedding done on canvas for a Christmas present and I ordered it Black Friday and just received it today. Shipping was super fast, and the print quality is excellent for the price I paid! I used to work at a printing place and it was so expensive to get prints done there and the quality wasn't that great. Bestcanvas is awesome, would recommend. My parents will love their gift!
I ordered a canvas print and I received a grainy, low quality print (from a file that I've had good reproductions of in larger print mediums before). Additionally, I ordered their canvas mounting kit which wasn't included in the package. When I reached out to request they send me everything I paid for, I heard nothing for 2 weeks, then I pushed again and asked for a refund and was told it would arrive within the next 7 days - unsurprisingly I've yet to see a refund or the hanging kit 1 month later.
Update: after being asked to get in touch with them again my refund immediately went through and I was offered a voucher for a free print (I assume in recompense for my troubles). This time I was quickly responded to and I was happy to see a refund show up in my PayPal within a day of me having sent my email!
Update 3/20/18: After I took them up on their offer for a free print, I received a slightly larger canvas print. It was nice and solid and certainly a better print. However, I received multiple emails from them pestering me to update my review on Site Jabber and reminding me that "Satisfied customers give us five stars." Needless to say, their repeated pestering was annoying and frankly felt entitled. In light of their incessant pestering, I've docked a star.
I'm so happy with my order of two digital photos into canvases. One is black and white and one is in color, and they're outstanding!
It was also very fast delivery. Excellent! :)
I ordered one print on canvas. I received it 2 weeks later and had been damaged by the shipping Company. I called canvas discount and told them what happened. 3 days later I received three separate emails with three separate tracking numbers. Today I received the same print in two of the boxes and the third box has nine canvas prints of a 6 person family. Some may think that wow you received two extra prints, but in reality these prints are huge and the boxes they come in our huge. Disposing of the boxes is going to be a chore having three of them. Also, I am sure that the 6-person family would not be happy that I received their personal pictures. When I called canvas discount, they told me to throw them away. In my opinion, they should have offered to have them shipped back or consume some of the cost for me to dispose of their mistake. I would not suggest canvas discount to anyone and will never shop there again.

I accidentally sent them a poor quality wedding photo instead of the downloaded one so i was afraid the quality was going to be poor. I emailed them less than 12 hours after ordering it and asked them if they could please look at it first. No response. A few hours later i sent them the same photo but the downloaded version and asked them to please use that one instead to the same specs as the one I ordered. No response. I tried calling twice. No response. After more than 24 hours of me emailing them and calling them i get an email saying my canvas has shipped. So i emailed them asking for a refund... STILL no response.

I ordered one of their free prints to see how their work is. I was suppose to pay shipping. My pay Pal account was charged 19.90 which they paid and I never did receive my print. Very disappointing. PayPal is now trying to find out what is going on.
Ordered a pair of large canvases from BestCanvas to try them out, price was reasonable (although after your first purchase they give you a discount code which massively discounts the price for future purchases - so you're left feeling like you probably paid too much) and the delivery was pretty good. Image quality is so so - the canvases look OK from a distance but if you look at them closely or from an angle you can clearly see the roller marks from the printing process - they're obvious. If you're looking to print your images to sell them I wouldn't recommend them, the quality isn't good enough. Don't bother getting the hardware either, it's overpriced for what you get.
Their *******781 Customer service automated wait message hung up twice after 6 minutes 48 seconds per call. On the third call, a live Customer Service person answered by accepting the order number and advised me to email issue with photos showing damaged products received. I had already emailed the previous day. They found my previous email and said they would ship replacement and email its tracking number. In terms of product, the lightweight frames with mat and photo were fine on first order but cracked on frames in second order. The canvas print of first order was not a crisp as the framed version (perhaps that's normal).

STAY AWAY is right! Unless you have money to literally throw away. The items they identify as "fleece blankets." They are total JUNK. I paid $19.00 (discounted with website special) for something i literally threw in the garbage it was so awful. It was not ANYTHING related to "fleece". So thin you could almost see through it. And about 1/2 the size listed. A postage stamp. When I complained to the company they offered a ridiculous discount (1/2 of what was offered in a stupid ad email). When I complained further and asked for a refund for the so called blanket - they told me I had to get the blanket, cut a hole out of the center and send them a picture of it. Seriously? I had already told them 3x it was in a landfill somewhere. OMG. So, now, I am a liar and no refund - but they would offer me a discount. Seriously? I wouldn't order from these thieves again if the discount was 100%. Buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES. All for $19. Nothing to them, but good will. Everything to me.
