As per their return policy, I followed all the instructions to submit a return and I have NOT heard back. I emailed several times and tried calling. No one gets on the phone, they just play music. No Customer Service. Still waiting over a week for someone to respond to my return request.
I have previously ordered with best canvas & was so impressed. Well, not this time. Not only did 1/2 my order arrive, with one of the two sent being misprinted. But after numerous telephone calls that don't go through (they disconnect after 5 mins) and about six emails asking for details on my other canvases, with no reply, I am shocked at the $#*!ty service. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst service I have ever recieved. If I didn't need the canvases for Christmas presents, it would actually be comical. Calling my CC company tomorrow to process a refund. Do NOT order with them!
Just placed my second order this morning at approximately 10 am... just received notification at 4:45 pm that my order was finished and ready to ship! WOW! My first order recently arrived in a timely manner and the canvas print looks great! Quality wood frame and workmanship! As a serious amateur photographer, I rely on solid relationships as part of my business... and CANVAS DISCOUNT DELIVERS!
Good quality and came pretty fast. Much better quality than walmart or the likes, would recommend for any custom canvas. But be sure your picture is high quality already.
I have ordered multiple canvas prints of all sizes and they have all looked great! If there was one thing that I would like to see, it would be that they come with the hangers attached.
They run the pic over the sides. Awful.

I was given the wrong product, and then charged for two frames instead of one. Upon asking for the correct picture and/or refund, I was told to cut up the pictures to have any hope of receiving my money back. This is not how you keep loyal customers... over what a picture frame? Plenty of other services online, won't be using yours.
This is my second order from this company. My best friend's pet passed away and I wanted to send him a special gift so I had a photo blown up on canvas for him. Black and white. Super impressed, good quality for the price, I would recommend. The photo below is what he sent me when he received it.
I ordered 5 images from Canvas discount.
All 5 were damaged in one way or another.
They placed the canvas images in the same box, wrapping them only with bubble wrap. This created indentations in both canvas pictures which makes them unable to be used. I ordered an image on aluminum, which came instead on acrylic. Someone had dropped it on its corner, splintering it. Two other images were ordered on acrylic which came covered with greasy finger prints. The boxes that were delivered had no delivery instructions for special care (even a fragile would have been okay), and there was no order number or packing slip to be found. I wrote Canvas Discount immediately and included all of the pictures that the Q&A web page details. I have not gotten a response from them whatsoever. I am beyond frustrated and unsatisfied with their product and their customer service.
I ordered a $100 acrylic print which had a streak and several bubbles on it. Was not happy with it. I was offered a reprint or 40% discount coupon. I did not want the reprint but I think i should have received a better discount. I will take advantage of the discount so im not out all of my money but won't use this service again.
Poor quality control and customer service. Ordered three prints on metal which i received in a reasonable time but got no order confirmation via email. All of the prints have imperfections like bubbles and dents making them unusable for display. Waiting to hear if they will allow me to return the prints and get a refund.
So far, my request for shipping information took 5 days and resulted in: "Shipping may take 14 to 18 working day. (*does not include Saturdays, Sundays and National holidays)"
If you want something within a month DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I can't wait to see the quality of the product.
I have purchased several item from CD and for the most part have been happy, but twice I have received someone else's picture and another time received a more pricy photo in a smashed frame...
Thanks to this printing service I found another one where the customer service can help you with issues and actually care!
The people who work at this service don't care enough, I couldn't upload my artwork due to size, any professional knows that a perfect artwork can't print on lower than 300dpi resolution, the max size on the site doesn't let you upload the artwork even if it is for a big canvas, and the people in Best! Canvas don't care if you send 1000 emails asking them for help, I guess they just get paid whatever they do anyway!
Their aluminum prints are pretty low quality. It's just regular photo paper on an aluminum sheet, and doesn't look metallic like I expected. One photo arrived scratched, another huge enlargement had paint splotches and the third was printed vertically instead of horizontally.
To top it all off, they make you attached the metal hooking device yourself without any guidelines. Please stay away from these guys.
I received an email for a 16 x 20 Acryllic picture for $30, But I could not get the purchase to work and it was only valid for one day. I spent $200, thinking they would give me credit for the one pic. They told me The offer is expired, I relied back and said that I had purchased pictures and sent a note WHILE THE OFFER was valid. Then I got another note back saying the offer had expired... They don't even read what you write them. AVOID this company... I found the prints cheaper and better on Groupon believe it or not.
I ordered at CanvasDiscount twice several hundreds of dollars both canvas prints as well as acrylic prints.
While the price was one of the major reasons to decide for CD I came to realize that even though the prices have been pretty low the money is still wasted - the poor quality of the the 7! 30x40 Acrylic prints is simply inacceptable.
All of the acrylic prints show
-airbubbles between the photography and the acrylic sheet
- chips on edges of the acrylics probably due poor cutting process resulting partwise in saw tooth appearance of the edges
-the adheasive between the picture and the acrylic sheet does show visible distortions when pictures are mounted with lighting or in daylight conditions (i. E. close to windows)
The photo is attached to a single sheet of acrylic and not protected or supported in any kind from behind - which leaves practically no options to attach any kind of "invisible mounting solution from behind" - competitor products have a sheet of sintra mounted behind which contributes to stability and alternative mounting options. I would strongly recomend selfadhearing sintra sheets but they will increase the costs significantly and you need to know what you are doing attaching those yourself.
Canvases offer a poor framing and the frames can be seen clearly as imprints in the pictures ( I orderd both versions standard frame as well as the 1.5' version)
I am very disappointed and whish I would have choosen a bit more expensive but quality option - there is no way that this quality is worth the regular pricing they state on their HP.

Ordered two orders. One showed up with no problems. The second order shows delivered by UPS but we have not received it. UPS says seller has to start investigation. There is no phone number at canvasdiscount.com. Only email. They do not respond to the emails. Shady
