Extremely poor. First one was ordered as a surprise for me from my wife, frame was damaged, plastic cover was scratched and damaged, and forgot numbers on some dates. Contacted them and offered a 20% refund for errors and damaged frame. After refusing such ridiculous proposal they agreed to fix it and send a new one no extra charge. 2nd frame arrives, again frame damaged, screen damaged and AGAIN mistakes in the dates.

Spent almost 100 dollars, I did receive my product, LATE but it came. It was total JUNK! Was three specialty necklaces that looked NOTHING like the photos I sent. They did respond, once, saying they would redo one of them, but since then (and multiple messages from me) I haven't heard jack crap! I suspect I'll NEVER get the remake. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS HONG KONG CRAP BUSINESS! I wish I didn't even have to award them with one star because they deserve NOTHING!

I ordered two very special necklaces for my mother and step mother for Christmas November 29th expecting to recieve them by December 21st or 22nd still have not recieved their gifts and after emailing the callie company I'm still waiting on a response. 80$ out and had nothing for two of the most special women in my life on Christmas. After reading the reviews I have no hope of receiving my items which is highly highly upsetting because who has money to throw around like that.
I ordered in November and supposedly the item has been in transit since December 5th and the thing shows my order weighs 0.157 grams (less than 1 lb?) I ordered a customized canvas and a personalized apron so it should weigh more than that. Anyway, it still updates with tracking info, but it is all so vague and doesn't say where specifically in transit it is. I call bull$#*! and I spent $80 some odd dollars. I still hope to get my items, but I wouldn't recommend this company and I would have never ordered from them had I realized it was from China, as I've never had a good experience ordering from companies there.

There website said guaranteed delivery by Christmas when I placed my order and it is currently 11 pm on Christmas Eve with no sign of my package. This year I am going into Christmas with gifts for everyone except my mother. Super disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. You can find more beautiful pieces with faster shipping on Etsy, and help a small business. Take your business elsewhere.

I finally got mine after waiting forever but I did get it and it's correct. I also got someone else's order so if you're missing a constellation with two names on it and a date that says 9-10-1983 please let me know and I'll get it sent to you if you can tell me the names on it and the other writing it has on it. I ordered 2 metal laser cut signs but received less expensive balsa type wood signs. Design and name were correct but instead of laser cut metal the lettering is very poor quality wood engraving.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
