I loved the golf ball bag that I purchased for my Son's Birthday, but the shirt and cap were not the color that I ordered. I'm not sure why. His name was spelled correctly, but I was disappointed in the color of the shirt and cap.
Everything was fine, took a little longer to get her than I would have liked but then the stamper was much smaller than we expected.
Product delivered intact. Product was as described in the order. One issue I didn't care for was the length of processing/delivery time. I could've paid for express shipping but the charge was excessive and the item I ordered was expensive to begin with.

I bought a number of books the original came with white writing which was perfect. So I continued to order for the other teachers in my team. When it arrived the writing was the same as the colour book or black on a dark colour. So lighter or brown was much better, it took me 3 orders and attempts to get 2 teachers books right.

I am very pleased with the quality of this mug and the coaster. The coaster came in very nice packaging. I was however disappointed in the size of the personalization of the name. It was so tiny in comparison to all the space that was there and it looked out of place and even a little difficult to notice.

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
