I like that I can gain points and use them as discounts toward my purchase. The monogramming is adorable. I can't stop buying because their products are so darn cute. I ordered 2 Easter themed items for my grandsons. All arrived in time but one broke before it even got used. I have sent 3 emails including pictures so far over the last 3 weeks and zero response. Just ONE of my grandsons now does not have an Easter gift.

I have placed an order over 30 days, with continues follow and discussion the supplier failed to deliver and did not support by sharing courier information after repeated requests. They are a scammer who do not fullfil the order request and ask you to reorder.
