Recently I lost the grandchildren's ring and when I came home I checked Callie's website hoping that she still had them. She did and it was easy to place the order. It arrived in a timely manner and it was correct and even daintier than the first. I am going to order one with my 3 daughters-in law's stone because they are like my children too. The rings are minimalist so they are not too big to wear multiples.
I ordered the personalized golf bar marker which seemed like a cool gift but in reality when you try and mark the ball it is just a smudge print. Very disappointing

Answer: Pat, I'd stop payment right away! I've purchased from Callie 5 times and ever time I've received a confirmation of my order at the time my payment is confirmed. Also, call their customer service number.
Answer: From my experience, it takes 10 days to 2 weeks to get what I've ordered from Callie. They do give an estimate of the time that it takes from the time I place my order to when it gets to my home. This information is on the order that I receive by email after the payment info is confirmed. I think it's because the items sit in customs for awhile
