Don't trust this business. They tried to get my credit card info again after they accepted my order, annoyed me by continuing calling to sell me $15 shipping insurance which should be their responsibility, pretended didn't see my email when i never received my order for my cats coughing after I called them back per their request for address updating and paid additional shipping adjustment, only replied after I emailed them on the 12 th business day after their shipping but never received the order and requested ME to call them back again using the excuse that my phone number was not right while they could have just communicated with my via email on alternative solution as I suggested in emails. They again stopped emailing me back on my full refund request now. The order charged me $1092. And I don't even trust their medicine for my pets! Will mail an official complaint with all the emails records ready on my hand asap to the Adelaide Justice-consumer right and public their wrongdoings and fakeness on all consumer right protection websites that I knew and ever used! Not only for the money but for the JUSTICE
Now I am being threatened to withdraw my review or they will withhold customer service from me.
Nowhere in my review did I say I was charged $50 for shipping, not they made the ridiculous remark that if I wanted the discount (that I missed on my first order) added, they would then combine my orders and charge me $50.
Which makes ZERO sense.
I have included the email they send me, yes it is real, though even I personally find it hard to believe.
I was so excited when I found this source for DMSO. I ordered a gallon of DMSO for over a hundred dollars. I did not see that there was an additional discount available, so I placed a second order with the discount, figuring what a deal. Emailed them asking whether they could applied to my first order as well since I had simply overlooked the discount. Got the strangest call back telling me they could apply the discount to my first order but had to put my orders together and charge me $50 for shipping. I was puzzled, their website clearly stated free shipping for orders over $100. She acted like I was trying to be sneaky and avid shipping, very bizarre.
I just said cancel one order, since I was irritated by their illogical statements.
Then, item arrived and for whatever reason, it was jammed in my mailbox. I took it out and it was frozen. I put it my pantry to defrost, when it did, I noticed the leak and the gash on the side of the bottle. I emailed California pet pharmacy with pictures and it wasn't enough, they wanted the package it came in. Which I had thrown out.
Long story long, now I got a letter from the post office asking me for the same. Basically California pharmacy wants me to take it out with USPS.
I am out of $100, and they are out a very good customer. The end
California Pet Pharmacy has a great website, easy to search and navigate with a large product selection. I haven't needed their customer service often, but the one time I had a problem (not CPP's fault) they were helpful and professional. Their prices normally beat other vendors' as well. I've been a customer for over two years, and plan to stay with CPP!
Second time I ordered a medication for my pet. First experience was ridiculous; could not coordinate medication order with my vet so medication was held up and arrived late; I had to pay overnight charges. Would not have ordered med a second time but had difficult time finding online pharm that carried it. Second time was not good either; I selected 2-3 day delivery and then sent it standard 5-7 business days from California! Finally found another supplier and had to reorder overnight from them. Also, they take take 48 hours standard processing time at a minimum even though your vet gets script approved same day. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! If you don't mind being jerked around.
I ordered Vetmedin, having confirmed they had it in stock, not on back order. That was Dec 29,2021. I paid for second day delivery and they charged my card on 1/1/2022. When the Vetmedin didn't arrive by the Phone calls got me put on hold for about ten minutes before I as told to "Leave a message." The Vetmedin finally arrived on January 10th.
California Pet Pharmacy has the absolute best customer service. They are super quick to respond to any concerns and communicate any issues almost immediately. Super fast shipping and very nice people working here!

They charged me $10.00 because the prescription I had was from a doctor, not a veterinarian. Said their terms and agreements allow for this. I complained and they insisted on charging me. Now I have to file a credit card dispute.
I used California Pet Pharmacy for several years. My dog's medicine was $30 more per month from my Vet and I was so thankful to find them. My pup had Cushing's Disease and his medicine was expensive. I appreciate the low cost Pharmacy I found in CPP! :)
After calling many vet suppliers, I was able to order azodyl from this company in California. I am so pleased that it was delivered in 48 hours and the ice in the pack was still partly frozen, and the product was kept very cold. I was super pleased and will be ordering from them from now on.
I have a pet with Addison's Disease, who requires a number of specific meds, in addition to flea and heart worm meds and California Pet Pharmacy is my go to place for everything! Recently one of my dogs heart medications became very difficult to find locally. After looking all day for somewhere nearby that has the medication my vet recommended california pet pharmacy. I'll admit I was skeptical considering how cheap they were compared to other pharmacies but they were able to get me the medications I needed when others had failed! Shipping was fast as well!
